The whole experience was great from start to finish. Sooooo relaxing.

I was back at halifax Saks for my new year sensory heaven last night. This is the first one I have had with Natalie. She took the time to talk me through what was goi f to happen, spent time understanding any aches and pains I’m having and then set to work.
The full body massage was the perfect level of pressure and worked wonders with the tension in my back.
The facial was relaxing and heavenly.
After the treatment Natalie took the time to walk me through after care to get the most out of it. Her product knowledge was really strong and her care exceptional.
I’ll be back for massage with her again. Thanks Nat xx

Have loved my faded French acrylics so much that I have never wanted to be without them!! Charlotte is a perfectionist with her nail work and does an amazing job as do all the girls. A lovely salon, great atmosphere and fabulous staff ?

Upon arrival I was ignored for around 8-10 minutes there was 3 ladies on the counter none of them said hello so I sat down until I was called. Once sat down the lady that did my nails was fine she made a effort with conversation but nothing too difficult. I left happy with my nails although when I got home some parts of my natural nail was showing which I will mention the next time I am in. I believe this was due to rushing and trying to get to the next customer who was waiting

At 38 weeks pregnant a relaxing massage was just what I needed. For the first time in weeks I laid in total comfort thanks to the pregnancy bean bag! Everything was amazing, oils & creams used, lighting, pressure, music - 100% relaxed! Thank you so much! I'm definitely coming back once I've had baby! Xx

Lovely treatment as always however no shoulder and upper arm massage whilst having facial which I've always had in previous ones and the room could have been Warmer. I did get a duvet when asked though so soon warmed up.

Can't fault them on anything. Very attentative to making sure their clients needs are met and they are happy.

I had the sensory heaven package today & it was just what I needed! Lauren who delivered my treatment was lovely & very good at her job, very firm massage for a petite person! Can’t wait for my next visit!

Amazing massage ?

My friend recommended Saks Beauty and booked us both in for an eyebrow shape and the Sensory Heaven package.
This was the best massage and facial I’ve had! The girls were so welcoming. I’ll definitely be going back for all my treatments from now on!

I had the pleasure of a full manicure and gels today. Not only was I greeted with a lovely warm welcome (as always) from all of the girls that were in the front of the spotless salon, I was instantly offered a drink which was welcomed due to it being freezing outside.
My appointment with Katie started on time - and the manicure felt like sheer bliss. My hands and nails were not in the best shape due to taking a bit of a bettering over Christmas but now feel amazingly soft and silky and look so much better due to being shaped and cleaned up. .Finished off with a gel polish from their extensive selection I’m now ready to face the world.
Another fabulous experience in my favourite salon.

As always a lovely experience, always professional. My eyebrows look amazing afterwards.

Had a file and polish here. Very good service and was given incentives to return. May be my monthly nail salon. Decleor products are new to me but might try a facial or massage treatment next. Local and easy to get to.

Treatment was fabulous, highly recommended, Melissa is an asset to the salon. Very efficient and knows her stuff. I cannot believe what a difference the massage has made to my back neck and shoulders. Am going again in February.

Absolutely amazing. Over the last few years I’ve had at least 5 of these. It’s the best treatment ever.

What an absolutely amazing experience that is absolutely sensory heaven... from arrival to departure I felt like i was being nourished and cherished. I'd love this every day... and will be aiming to book another before the and of this offer. Charlotte took extra care to make sure all products were nut free and that I was comfortable and snuggly snoozy. Just wish I'd brought my jammies to go home in!

Always get great service and quality from SAKS Halifax. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend them enough.

I love going to saks for my treatments the girls are so welcoming and down to earth people. They make you feel so comfortable when entering but i do have my favourites ? charlotte litrally is the nail queen and lauren gives me my brows on fleek and both are amazing at what they do.

It's was mad Friday and the salon was extremely busy. Natalie worked miracles on my nails which were in a terrible state. I'd also booked a facial as a treat to relax. When Natalie gave me my complimentary back massage, she really tackled my knots; no easy task! Then, the facial sent me into a complete state of relaxation. I felt like I'd had a full night's sleep by the end. I left the salon on a cloud despite the salon being at it's busiest. Thanks to Natalie for the hour+ of tranquillity. Much needed!
