Went to Saks for rebalance yesterday. I was greeted with a choice of drinks including Fizz and I am always made to feel very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and Chorlotte always gives honest and creative advice if you want something a little different. Her expertese always ensures that my nails last until my next appointment and I can honestly say I am always extremely pleased with the results every time I go. Xxx

I have never had a bad experience at Saks Halifax. All of the therapists are polite and helpful and really know their stuff, I’ve always felt like I'm in safe hands.

Service good, treatment good and professional. Staff very helpful. I’m a bit disappointed with the spray tan though. Was advised to leave max 3 hours but could shower after 30 mins for a lighter tan. Left for 1.5 hours. Just showered now and tan has almost completely come off, apart from my legs. A little bit of a waste of money. ☹️

Jess was very knowledgable, friendly and informative. I had the SVS lashes done and was very impressed with the results. Lauren did my HD brows and again I was very pleased.

Waxing can obviously make you apprehensive but I can honestly say that is the most relaxed i’ve Been while having my chest waxed. Natalie put me at ease from the moment I walked through the door. Will definitely be using again.

I came straight for the gym to have a spray tan. Lauren has set up the shower with the gorgeous elemis shower gel and the warmest fluffiest towel for me.
What a way to come in for a spray tan.

I love visisting this salon - as always from the moment I walked in to this lovely, clean and inviting environment I was made welcome. Greeted with smiles and offers of coffee are always a great start on a miserable Friday morning.
What wasn’t miserable though was Katie - as always she was smiling and was equipped with an idea of a new nail colour that she thought I would love. And she was right - this is by new favourite!! That’s another thing I like about Saks - their insight into you and understanding of what you like. I’m very indecisive but that’s never an issue here. In addition to what I had booked Katie sorted that the damage I had managed to cause to my gel toes was fixed ... so should we have some sunshine then I can wear sandals now. Some much needed and very much enjoyed brightness on a gloomy day.

Had an eye brow shape done by Lauren today, absolutely fantastic! They look like I have had hdbrows..

Very good service. Friendly and personable staff who are knowledgeable & quick but do an excellent mani and pedi. I had daisies which look lovely on my toes and I know they’ll last a couple of months. Recommended to all.

I saw Katie today for a new set of acrylics. Really nice choice of colour gels and glitters. Fantastic service. So happy as always! xxx
