I had my first visit to Saks yesterday, having my nails done and a pedicure. It was a lovely experience and Shannon my beautician was friendly, polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends!

First time I've trusted anyone with my brows for a while, really happy with the job done on them and couldn't recomend the salon enough. The girls were lovely and friendly, it can be daunting entering a place full of women but they were all really nice. I will definitely be returning in a few weeks for my eyebrows redoing and to try some other treatments.

Had an appointment today with salon manager Becky. Can honestly say it was the least painful bikini wax I have ever had. Staff are very friendly and the salon is very clean and with a lovely calm ambience. Highly recommend.

I really liked my eyes and my brows, just face was too orange due to me not wearing makeup normally so would go for a lighter look next time

My experience was very warming and welcoming. Offered a drink on arrival and met with smiling and friendly ladies who quite clearly work very hard but still manage to make one feel at home. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

Disappointed that the back massage advertised aspart of the facial did not take place with no explanation!! Didn't say anything at the time as I then doubted what is read but every hour decleor facial says it comes with a back massage!! The facial itself was good and I was looking to book a course of 6 but this has put me off. First time at the salon.

I've been coming to Saks for a couple of years now and every visit I'm made to feel as amazing as the first time I walked through the doors! This visit I saw Becky for HD brows and eyelash tint. As a fair haired girl the difference having these done makes to me is amazing, and I'm always so pleased with the results, as are my friends who can't stop complimenting them! I visited Saks in Halifax for micro landing. Having never had it before I was slightly nervous, but Mel put me at ease straight away, explaining everything she was going to do in a patient and professional manner. I am so so pleased with the results! Mel is amazing at her job, so skilled and so friendly. In fact all the girls at Saks are, they're a great team!
