Great happy with service colour etc

After I arrived slightly late and totally soaked I was, as always, made so very welcome by Katie and the wider team. I was lucky enough to have an appointment on the day their new Autumn gel colours arrived and as I wasn’t expecting them to be in yet I was thrilled. Katie and the new colours did not disappoint ... and after arriving feeling stressed, cold and wet -I left feeling chilled out, happy and absolutely thrilled with my new nails!! Thank you ... as always, for the warm welcome and fabulous treatments.

I always have a lovely experience visiting the team at Saks - really polite and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they always offer advice when needed. Jess does my nails beautifully and is good company during the treatment as well :)

I had a Decleor facial with Alice the other day my skin looks and feels amazing and the treatment itself was really lovely. Her pressure was great i really felt like my skin had had a treat and not just tickled! I will definitely be back and telling all my friends too xxx

Melissa has done our eyebrows twice now and they have looked amazing both times.
She makes you feel so welcome and is extremely friendly.
All the staff are polite and professional and the salon is immaculate.
I would absolutely recommend this service and this salon.

I always enjoy my visits to Saks. Staff are friendly and chatty and good at their jobs. I would love things to be cheaper but all treatments are high quality.

Very very disappointed with the results, I thought I would give them chance but to be honest my eyes look more bare and not lifted like I was expecting, I do understand that this is a different look, but to feel this disappointed when I was hopeing to be really happy with my new lash look is a great let down. Sorry to be so blunt but am sure if you spent £51 on hopeing to have a least a look that people would notice and not think your wearing nothing on your eyes then you would also feel how I feel. Sorry for this review but I have to be truthful. Kind regards Daniella. X

Had some beautiful nails done for Eid by Alice. They were absolutely stunning and matched my outfit. Alice is very good and professional with what she does and I had a lovely time. Thank you and would recommend to everyone.

Another fabulous visit to my favourite salon. Always spotless, always welcoming and always professional. I am loving my Nail colour too - a soft baby blue with Elsa glitter which is subtle and fantastic for the sunny weather. Plus I know that they will last the duration until my next booking - The one sticking point I always have is what colour to choose next !! Fab choice.

I won a free makeover through a Facebook competition. It was a lovely experience and I had a wonderful time. It was nice to have a bit of me time and get pampered. I would recommend Natalie 100%.

Lovely friendly and relaxed surroundings. Facial was amazing and information regarding ongoing skincare provided by Lauren was really thorough and professional. She knows her stuff. A credit to the salon.

Jessica was absolutely brilliant. I’m very happy with the way she shaped my brows. They look groomed but still quite natural. I asked her what she thought of them and her response was ”they look like a guy who takes care of his eyebrows.” I said, ”they’re going to make people question my sexuality.” ???????? She also waxed my feet and now they're very smooth and it didn't hurt too much. Honestly, I can't speak highly enough of Jess, she's a brilliant beautician and a credit to Saks.
