Lucy was brilliant, I initially went in without a proper idea of what I wanted, I just knew I wanted a big change with my hair. She guided me through options and the end result was beautiful. We had a lovely chat and she made the whole experience one I would want to repeat again soon!

Great haircut and colour, I always feel great after my visit. You get really looked after with great refreshments, often a little snack treat too and then there’s the chat and giggles! I would credit him with actually making me love my hair. Before I found Mark and The Chapel Horsham, I hated my hair. I'd go to a hairdresser and say 'just give it a trim or make it look a bit like this (show a photo from the Internet'). He took time to understand what would look good with my hair type and the style i wanted. I love my hair again thanks to him.
I consider him a friend too, not just the person that does my hair.

Lucy coloured my hair today, and I’m delighted with how it turned out. She collaborated with Mark (who is also fantastic) and between them they advised me well. The Chapel is a great place to have your hair done - as they take time and care, and are simply lovely people.

Lucy is calm and friendly and responds to my hair thoughts with a cut which I can maintain easily in the intervening weeks. She facilitates a refreshing hour for body and mind.

It was my first visit with Lucy and she certainly had her work cut out..after 20 yrs of straightening my hair, I am finally embracing my natural curls! Sarah has been styling my hair for a number of years now, both at The Chapel and a previous salon. She has always been talented, but the support and training she gets has enhanced her technique even more and I trust her implicitly!
Today’s cut and colour was no exception - I walked in feeling frazzled and walked out looking and feeling a million dollars because she just ‘gets it’ and executes its perfectly! 😊

I hadn’t been to the hair dressers for over 3 years. I was nervous as it had been so long and haven’t had the best experiences in the past. Sarah was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect she was so understanding and supportive and she really made it an enjoyable experience! The service was spot on from start to finish! Lovely salon and I’m so glad I found you guys being neurodivergent this suited my needs and the staff were all so helpful! An absolute treat I will not wait another 3 years before visiting the hairdressers I will definitely come back. Thank you so much.

Sarah has been my stylist for many years now. In my opinion, she is an extremely talented stylist. She manages to interpret what I say I think that I want and always gets it right. She is always personable and positive and I thoroughly look forward to spending time with her. I should mention Heidi as well is she is so friendly when she greets you and seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of all the information clients tell her which she somehow retains.

Love love love. Hair and Mollie. I had a re style from long to short and a colour and hi lights. Service was outstanding and attentive. 10/10

My stylist Sarah spent time discussing what I wanted and offered advice and suggestions on the best way to achieve it . I have my hair cut very short and Sarah has always given me a very precise and perfect haircut , spending that extra time to achieve the best cut .
