I rarely get my haircut because I don’t particularly like the experience but I have to say, this is the best haircut I’ve had in a long time! It’s also a really nice salon experience and staff are very friendly. I’ll be back

My haircut is always exactly how I want it, demonstrating an ability by Ellie to listen and understand her customers needs.

I hadn’t been to the hair dressers for over 3 years. I was nervous as it had been so long and haven’t had the best experiences in the past. Sarah was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect she was so understanding and supportive and she really made it an enjoyable experience! The service was spot on from start to finish! Lovely salon and I’m so glad I found you guys being neurodivergent this suited my needs and the staff were all so helpful! An absolute treat I will not wait another 3 years before visiting the hairdressers I will definitely come back. Thank you so much.

First visit to the Chapel today and it didn’t disappoint. Unhurried, expert consultation and a lovely cut. The salon is beautiful and the whole experience was just fab.

Sarah has been my stylist for many years now. In my opinion, she is an extremely talented stylist. She manages to interpret what I say I think that I want and always gets it right. She is always personable and positive and I thoroughly look forward to spending time with her. I should mention Heidi as well is she is so friendly when she greets you and seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of all the information clients tell her which she somehow retains.

Love love love. Hair and Mollie. I had a re style from long to short and a colour and hi lights. Service was outstanding and attentive. 10/10

Sarah is such a talented stylist, she is so in depth and knowledgeable and I feel super safe and comfortable in her hands! I always leave so happy with my hair and feeling my best! I’d also like to say that Heidi is an amazing host, she is so friendly and warm and really looks after you the entire appointment!

Every time I visit The Chapel my spirits are lifted and I can honestly say from walking through the door , you're made to feel special and treated with absolute kindness . My stylist Sarah spent time discussing what I wanted and offered advice and suggestions on the best way to achieve it . I have my hair cut very short and Sarah has always given me a very precise and perfect haircut , spending that extra time to achieve the best cut .

Cindy knows exactly how to treat my very fine hair and I am happy to let her cut and style it in the way she suggests. I also enjoy her lively personality. Always interesting topics to talk about.

Thanks to a birthday gift from a friend who’s used Molly‘s services. I have a new hairdo. I had a lovely relaxing morning enjoying the beautiful setting, head massage, cappuccino, delicious chocolate, wonderful company and an excellent final haircut. I had such a lovely experience today at this salon. The space is clean, calm, and serene; it feels so much more elevated than a typical salon and is incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk in.

Mollie was absolutely amazing. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, my previous experiences, and the look I was hoping to achieve. She understood exactly what I was after and gave me the haircut I've been wanting for such a long time. I couldn't be happier with the result!

Cindy is absolutely fantastic. She is incredibly skilled, professional, and so much fun to be around: every appointment feels like catching up with a friend.
She has a real talent for understanding exactly what I want, even when I only bring a few photos or examples. She interprets them perfectly, adapts the look to what will actually work best for my hair, and always gives the most thoughtful and spot-on advice. I leave every time feeling genuinely happy with my hair. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Sarah was friendly, welcoming and sensitive to my difficulties (stairs). The products chosen for my hair type and psoriasis were soothing and appropriate and the shiatsu massage was a welcome and pleasant surprise. I forgot my hair style photograph so described the cut I wanted and Sarah kept checking throughout the cut, completing it just as I had hoped for. I enjoyed my visit and I am looking forward to the next one.

Can’t recommend here enough! I booked last minute as my regular hairdresser let me down just before a trip. All the staff were absolutely lovely, such a welcome and lovely calm atmosphere. Lucy was fantastic! I get nervous with new hairdressers but she immediately put me at ease, really listened and did a fantastic job. I won’t be going anywhere else now.

The Chapel is the ultimate hidden gem, and I have officially found my new favourite hair salon! The minute you enter, you are welcomed by flawlessly executed interior design. The experience is broken down into perfect stages. First, my stylist Lucy sat with me in their cozy meeting area. She truly listened to what I wanted, we looked at inspiration pictures, and understood my vision perfectly—something I have never experienced at other salons.
Once I was happy, we moved on to colouring, accompanied by a complimentary glass of wine! The design of this salon makes you feel right at home during every single stage of your treatment. While my colour was setting, I relaxed in a cozy, peaceful cove with my wine and snacks. Even having my hair washed felt luxurious in another cozy cove upstairs.
The entire experience was seamless, relaxing, and beautifully thought out. Lucy and Ellie made me feel so at ease from the moment I arrived—they are truly the kindest and friendliest team. I absolutely love my hair and am still in shock at how perfect it is!

I had an absolutely amazing time the atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful. The stylists give their full attention to you throughout your whole time there. You don’t feel crowded at all when I was there I was the only customer.
