I had a really fab time at The Chapel. Ellie took a lot of care to hear what I wanted from my haircut and I am so pleased with it. I've found a new favourite salon and stylist, thank you.

I went in for a cut and I have explained my needs. Well, Lucy was kind and she has arrived to my expectations. Well done!! 😊😊

From start to finish my experience was fantastic. The ethos, cosy feel and layout were thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming experience. Ellie was so lovely, engaging and understood what I wanted, advising and suggesting options when I wasn't sure myself - thank you for such a lovely cut. Would definitely recommend her and The Chapel!

First class service and cut from Mark, it very evident that his career has been in several top salons.

I used to hate having my haircut but not now! Mark is brilliant with hair and really easy to talk to. I am often complimented on my hair when I have had it cut. The all round experience is wonderful a feels like a treat to myself.

As usual my haircut by Sarah was perfect. I have never had such a good hairdresser and followed her from her previous job. It's always as I want and expect. Having been in the past to some of London top hairdressers..none achieved this.

I was nervous about this haircut as my hair is curly and have had bad experiences in the past. Sarah was brilliant, listened to my worries and exceeded my expectations! I got the haircut i wanted and happy to have found a new place in Horsham where I can return.

Left disappointed and underwhelmed - I was left feeling like an experiment as stylist seemed completely clueless in how to cut and dry curly hair. Left with flattened curls and a halo of frizz

Mollie has been my hairdresser for a few years. Everytime I have my hair cut Mollie does exactly what I have requested with plenty of advise and suggestions to make sure I leave feeling & looking amazing. On this occasion I brought a new style to her and she completely surpassed my expectations by making it look even better than I could imagine. Such a talent and a wonderful person too!

Wow! From first entering the Chapel , I knew that the experience would be unlike any other salon I'd visited. Your initial feeling is of space , calm and incredibly welcoming . There's none of the usual hustle and bustle that you normally find in hairdressers. Your hairdresser has one guest (you) and for your allocated time there that's the only person who attends to you ... There's not a queue of people sat waiting ... it's just you and your hairdresser, which is just so refreshing . You feel special and that your feelings matter and count ... and you definitely don't feel that you're on that "Next"
conveyor belt. I was met by Molly initially , super friendly and lovely making me an Earl Grey (yesss) whilst I waited for(super) Sarah to cut my hair ... also caught up with Heidi the hostess with the mostest , she just makes you feel so at home and comfortable.
I have short hair so I like a good precision cut and Sarah definitely didn't disappoint . A superb cut with so much time taken ...constantly asking if I was happy and discussing the finer points ( pardon the pun) of the cut .... Brilliant... fantastic result and have booked my next appointment. A thoroughly relaxing, therapeutic experience. Thank you all !

I had Lucy do my hair into pin curls for an event I had on Saturday night and I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the outcome of how my hair looked and how It stayed all night. Lucy was so lovely and I can’t thank her enough for her incredible work!

I booked as I needed my hair done for a party in Horsham. As I travelled from a holiday straight to this party. I looked you up and loved the look of the salon. I received a lovely welcome as I arrived and made to feel very relaxed as I’d not been before. Very happy with Ellie and she did my hair just as I wanted.

From the moment you walk through the doors the experience is nothing short of perfect. The salon is stunning and has a beautifully calm environment.
The staff are so friendly and inviting, you feel like you are at home.

This was not just a haircut, it was a journey and an experience.
The space is calm, beautiful and welcoming. Heidi was fantastic at greeting and introducing the space to me and Mollie was simply wonderful - she was incredibly perceptive, I felt cherished, heard and seen. It felt like we’ve created my new hairstyle look together and I loved her creativity.

I feel like she brought me to the look that feels very much like being me, very fresh and happy :)

I had my colour dyed by Lucy, who was very professional and friendly. We had a very detailed consultation and my needs were taken into consideration when choosing the right colour. The atmosphere in the salon is relaxing and everything is geared to assure the customers' comfort.

This was my first time at the Chapel and I was exceptionally pleased, not just with the outcome but also the ambience. It was a real treat. I will be back!

I had a lovely welcome by Helen who was delightful. Such a beautiful space & lovely calm atmosphere. Sarah took time to understand what I wanted & made suggestions about what she thought would suit my hair. She took great trouble & was friendly & chatty. I'm delighted with the cut & have booked again. It was a really relaxed & enjoyable experience.

Becky is absolutely fantastic. She really listens to what you want even when it's hard to articulate! She's done two of the best haircuts I've ever had, both dry cuts on curly hair then finishing off with a wash and tidy. Feels like such a treat going to the Chapel!
