Mollie is not only incredibly talented at what she does, but also one of the kindest and most personable too. A true perfectionist, takes feedback on board so effortlessly and genuinely cares about getting every little detail just right. I’ve honestly never felt so comfortable and at ease sitting in someone’s chair. Such a lovely experience from start to finish, and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

My experience with Sarah is always pleasurable. Stag has been cutting my hair now for many years & she always does a good job. Would recommend The Chapel to anyone.

As always an excellent cut

I honestly can’t recommend Molly highly enough. This was without doubt the best haircut I’ve ever had, in so many ways.

I went in feeling incredibly nervous about making such a huge change, going from very long hair to very short hair. Molly completely understood that this wasn’t just a normal haircut and really understood the impact that such a dramatic change can have for a woman. I talked her through all of my fears and concerns, and she genuinely listened, made me feel completely comfortable and talked me through everything as we went.

She spent almost two hours with me doing a complete restyle and never once made the experience feel rushed. She took so much care over every part of the cut, and even gave me the most lovely head massage. By the time she had finished, I absolutely loved my hair and felt amazing.

The whole salon experience was brilliant too. Everyone was so warm and friendly, and even the owner came over and spoke to me personally, which was such a lovely touch.

What makes it even more special is that I actually found Molly because of a review someone had left for her only the day before. I contacted the salon and somehow managed to get a last-minute appointment with her. The timing felt like it was genuinely meant to be.

It was such a special experience from beginning to end, and so much more than simply getting my hair cut. I’m absolutely thrilled with the result and would highly recommend Molly and the salon to anyone, particularly if you’re considering a big change and want someone who will really listen, understand and take incredible care of you.

I feel relaxed straight away. She sits down and spends time listening to me before cutting my hair and manages to understand me and my hair. She really is outstanding and very special. A great asset to The Chapel.

Sarah completely changed my hair from very long to a short softly layered bob, which finishes just under my chin, I think it’s taken years off me, expertly cut. And finished!

Mollie always manages to create the perfect haircut. She’s thoughtful, asks great questions about what’s working or not and adapts accordingly, and that’s the secret for making my short hair work year-round for travel, weather and everything else! I always get compliments on my haircuts.

Sarah is amazing and is so easy to talk to. She takes the time to listen and understand exactly what I want. I’m always so happy with my hair after my appointments and the entire salon is so welcoming and they make sure you’re comfortable with a drink and a treat! Mark has been my hairdresser for many years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. From start to finish he does everything from make me a coffee, wash, cut and blow dry my hair. Highly skilled, attentive and just a lovely person it’s become like visiting a good friend who happens to give me the best hair dressing experience.
Infact all the hairdressers are great and the chapel itself is such a beautiful building. What more could you ask for!

Mark has been my hairdresser for many years. I have followed him to various salons & have been coming to the chapel Horsham since mark began working there several years ago. I llve in london & have many salons in my high street just a few minutes walk away but I love how mark does my hair & his sincerity, professionalism & friendship. It’s worth the journey! Also lovely staff throughout the salon especially Heidi who welcomes me into the chapel, provides wonderful refreshments & sorts out my next appointment.

Lucy was brilliant, I initially went in without a proper idea of what I wanted, I just knew I wanted a big change with my hair. She guided me through options and the end result was beautiful. We had a lovely chat and she made the whole experience one I would want to repeat again soon!
