Visiting Buzby and Blue is always a lovely experience - friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, excellent colour and cut, hair wash with head massage, and perfect results. Coffee and a chat with Alice. What’s not to like! Top marks all round.

A real treat to have my hair done here. From the friendly welcome at reception, to the smile and cappuccino as you discuss hairdo plans, to a nice chat during colour, to that delectable head massage not to be missed, on to catching up with the maestro who brings you out feeling a million dollars! What an enjoyable experience ?

Lovely head massage hair treatment and re-style great stylist

On arrival I was asked to sit and that the receptionist would take my drenched coat however she never did. The stylist was not told that I had arrived and I sat for 15 minutes after my appointment time. I explained very clearly as to how I would like my hair being full fringe, curly blow and lots of volume. I was extremely disappointed when the stylist put a roller in the front of my hair the opposite direction to how I wanted my fringe leading the fringe to be a complete disaster. Upon trying to re-style the fringe without any success. My hair was blown in a curly style however not a fraction of the volume that the end result should have achieved. I put this down to inexperience and lack of guidance from her seniors.
