This is probably the 4th or 5th time I've had the Kerasilk smoothing treatment done. It always turns out beautifully and Gemma is a fantastic hairdresser.

Omg the experience was amazing and didn’t take as long as we thought. Felt very comfortable in the salon as it was my first time. Gemma explained everything as she was doing it. My hair feels so good now and will now be more manageable.

The balayage color I had done by Destiny was absolutely gorgeous, it looked natural, felt amazing and was exactly what I wanted. She created a beautiful blend throughout my hair that complemented my natural roots and I’m extremely happy with it. Destiny is so lovely and bright, and I had an amazing time chatting with her while I was in the chair. She understood what I wanted perfectly and made sure to check in throughout the process to make sure I was happy with every bit of my color and wash. Overall beyond thrilled with how my hair turned out and highly recommend her as a stylist!!

Excellent service thank you for your care

Grace is such a talented stylist and always asks exactly what I want and nails it every time, she always remembers what I’ve been up too and asks me about my day. She is so easy to talk too and it makes for a relaxing experience. As I have quite a lot done at my appointments the time is lengthily and I often interact with numerous staff members, each and every one of them is polite and friendly. It’s nice to be in an environment where the stylists clearly enjoy working together and it creates a wonderful atmosphere which is why I love coming.

The lovely destiny was friendly and listened to what I was hoping to achieve from the start of my appointment. Destiny made some suggestions and asked if I was happy for her to go ahead with them- I was!
A delighted me emerged with gorgeous styling c/o Destiny and which continues to look great on Day 2.

I think Georgia is an alchemist - she manages to navigate my badger regrowth, my patch of thinning hair and my complete inability to articulate what I want, to provide me with an excellent cut and and really flattering colour. She's a keeper!

Super experience again today, attended by Sophie, Alice and Lily, the colour is perfect and Lily did a great job with the blow dry, my hair is very fine but she achieved great volume with Alice directing.

Came to the salon a few months ago, with a picture in my head on how I would like my colour at first colour wasn’t working and lasting. Grace never gave up and worked backwards on why my hair was rejecting the colour, Now I can say I think she’s cracked it.

A welcoming friendly experience

Treated myself to a back massage and pedicure today, just what was needed. Gemma was really attentive, understood I wanted a little extra attention to my lower back where I’ve had some pain, and the massage was great. Gemma then went onto give me a pedicure and the foot massage you get with that was heavenly. That combined with the warm, water bed and lovely atmosphere left me feeling very relaxed - you don’t get that in a nail shop in my experience! Thank you Gemma, really appreciated it!
