I have been going to Jenny for quite a few years. Great to catch up with her and always happy with my hair

Amber washed my hair and gave me an excellent head massage. She was supervised by Alice fir the cut. Alice tidied up the cut and I was really pleased with it.

India was the most lovely stylist and was so positive. I was comfortable throughout and got exactly what I wanted from my haircut!

Alice always listens to my ideas about how the cut should go and the result is therefore just perfect.
She also has a calm persona and is easy to talk to. Visits therefore, to Busby and Blue, are always a pleasure.

Fantastic as always. Colour is gorgeous and v pleased with my cut. Thrilled with my blow dry just wish I was out on the town this evening to show it off! Jenny was v professional as always and I came away very pleased with my whole experience. Only reason atmosphere was a 4 not 5 star was music was pretty quiet. Everything else 5 stars. Thank you ?

Olivia was particularly friendly as well as being highly professional, she was gently supervised by Alice. I'm very happy with the colour and Olivia cut exactly the right amount off. I was offered refreshments more than once. I'm definitely a happy customer

I came to Busby and Blue because my usual (home) stylist was ill and I was going on holiday. I explained the situation and had a consultation with Ellen before my appointment to agree colour, cut and styling. She went through everything, she matched my colour perfectly, advised on highlights and cut and booked me in for 2 days later (after my patch test elapsed time).
Today I had my cut and colour and I am delighted with the result. So much so that I'm now left wondering what to do in the future!!!

Honor was attentive and explained each stage of the perming process- very happy with the finished result. Lovely chatty girl ?

5* treatment in luxury surroundings. A really relaxing experience. Chloe has done an excellent job with my nails, I’m really pleased with them. Without a doubt the best place to go for beauty treatments. I can’t wait for my massage in a couple of weeks!

I had a gorgeous blow dry with Ruby - she was so attentive and careful to ensure that my hair looked exactly the way I wanted it to.
I would throughly recommend her as a stylist - she also colours my hair and I have never been happier with the results .

I have been visiting the training academy for 9 years and always had a fantastic experience. The new stylists are well supported and encouraged throughout their training by Alice and Sophie.

Today, Amber did a full head of highlights and a cut for me. She was fantastic, I'm so pleased as always with the results.

I was impressed how everyone was very careful when finding out I was allergic to the first colour. My experience with Buzby and Blue was fantastic, I felt totally spoilt! My hair cut was very good and my colour is fabulous. Well done India! India was so sweet and kind, what a lovely mascot for the company.

Ellen went above and beyond today to make sure my first experience at Buzby and Blue was enjoyable,she was very knowledgeable around colour treatments and nothing was to much trouble ,she did a fantastic job with my colour and cut .

I have been attending the academy for a few years now, and I honestly couldn't fault them, I always walk out feeling wow, their advice is always spot on I find the staff polite, helpful, understanding, and respectful.

I usually come to Buzby and Blue for both hair and beauty treatments. I booked an eyebrow wax last Friday and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a beauty treatment. The wax was scalding and the therapist didn’t ask me if the temperature was ok. She then didn’t show me a mirror which I thought was strange. When I got home I realised why- she had taken a huge patch out of my right eyebrow and had tried to cover it up. I have tried contacting Buzby and Blue about this but have had no response.

It was wonderful to be back in this fabulous salon and to meet Nikki today. I absolutely love my hair colour. I walked out feeling like a million dollars with a beautiful cut and shiny, bouncy hair!

First time meeting Marietta what a lovely young lady relaxing special time as always and Chloe had passed on info re my nails. Also I was able to use my money off “introducing a friend beauty” card very good.
