I booked an appointment with Shear Success Mere Green this week. I had a cut and blow dry with Anna, and she did the perfect cut - blow dried it just how I like it. Booked in again. Seriously wouldn't go anywhere else now. Please don't leave Anna!!

I had a make up application this morning and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Shear Success. My make up is fab! Really happy with the result. Everyone was so lovely. I even had a complimentary hand and arm massage while my make up was being applied! Even though I am on hols I will definitely try and go back! ?

Myself and my son have appointments with Sash who is just superb. Great friendly service.

As usual a beautiful set of nails from Paula who does each nail to perfection.

I had a lovely experience today and Anna cut and coloured my hair beautifully. From the time I stepped into the salon until I walked out every member of staff I came into contact with were extremely professional and were attentive. Thank you

On a totally different level to other salons I've visited before. It certainly is all about the relaxing experience and when they do a great job on your hair too, what more can you ask for? I will make sure to visit every time I return home to Four Oaks.

I am always made very welcome by all staff at Shear Success - everyone is very professional and friendly.
I am a full-time wheelchair user and it’s never been an issue - I feel very comfortable transferring on to the salon chair to have my hair washed but I’ve been offered help if needed.
I have been going to Shear Success for over 15 years - Max is my current stylist and I trust his advice and always leave feeling delighted with my hair!

Having been on holiday a few times and not looked after my coloured hair, at very short notice, Shear Success squeezed me in today. Millie chose a great colour to sort out my roots then sorted out my longer hair which, considering I am a brunette, had gone blonde! Also, Anna is opening up an hour early on Tuesday to do one of her fantastic cuts for me, to enable me to go to a family funeral looking good! I am so happy with this salon. They are such a prifessional group.

I showed the guy what I wanted and I don't wear my glasses so couldn't see what he was doing and it will take at least six months to grow back the hair to the style I showed him... not very happy. Good cut just not the one I wanted... you asked me to write a review, so I have.

Greeted by Amanda and taken through to meet my stylist Max who was not only attentive but extremely knowledgable on all aspects of the care and products my hair needed - very informative without being overly pushy . I will definitely be visiting again .

It's been many many months since I've visited the Sutton salon... an avid regular at Tamworth. Due to diary commitments I had the absolute pleasure of Helen and Angela blow waving my hair! Great volume and a fab shampoo were the scalp had a good scrub, just like it should! I won't leave it so long next time to visit! All set for a weekend away... Aveda dry shampoo to keep me in tip top condition! Thank you.

This is the best place I have ever been to. I highly recommend, I have never felt so pampered in my life. I went to have my hair done but will definitely be going back asap to have my nails done and a facial. Everything u want under one roof.

Came for my first treatment and the staff were welcoming.i had Paula and she was lovely. Welcoming,thorough and perdormed a lovely facial with a foot rub and hand and arm message in top.

I booked this appointment last minute having not used this Salon previously. Max cut my hair and the cut and style is fabulous!!! I'm really pleased. Max also treated me to a head massage before the wash which was lovely and relaxing. Max was great and a real professional at cutting and styling hair. I will definitely be back ??

After a positive consultation with the lovely Max deciding colour and cut I'm so pleased to say I'm delighted with the result, my first visit for colour so was a bit apprehensive but the whole experience has exceeded my expectations, thank you & I'll be back in five weeks.

Shear Success is a real find in Sutton Coldfield. The Aveda Stress Fix massage is excellent for making you feel totally blissed out and regenerated. Leanne is superb in her attention to detail and the techniques she uses to drain away the tension and knots. Thank you. I've already booked my next one.
