I booked in for a massage and pedicure with Shivani and I’m so glad I did! I’d had other massages and pedicures (elsewhere) and wasn’t as impressed. Shivani is incredible at what she does and when I asked for the lightest pressure (I just needed to relax) she was perfect! My toes are so pretty and I had the best night’s sleep. Can’t wait to come back.

Mosh did it again! An amazing cut to set me up for my upcoming holiday. Excellent service with a smile as always.

Mush blow dried my hair with the most beautiful loose waves and curls for our Yr11 Prom Night last Thursday. It looked amazing and I received so many lovely compliments both at Prom and the following day. It’s now Sunday evening, the curls and waves are still in place, even though I went to a very blowy beach today! I cannot recommend this salon highly enough! I had a wonderful experience today with stylist Mabel. She discussed my root colour with me and suggested a mask on the ends to take the brassiness away. The 2 minute massage was great. Good lively atmosphere too. I was a bit late but Mabel ensured I was finished in time. I would certainly recommend a friend.

Reyelle did a great job, so kind and friendly. I felt relaxed immediately. My hair was fabulous at the end!

First-class service from booking to therapy and re-booking afterwards. All-round, first-class service with a smile!

Nails by Paula!! Once again really fabulous experience and my nails looked amazing. The process takes quite a while so lots of time to chat (always good😃) and the salon always buzzing! Everyone is just so friendly. You don’t find this in many places so “thank you” Pure - long may it continue to be a lovely experience.

Mabel did a beautiful job on my hair! I've never had so much volume and bounce from a blow dry, I felt amazing! She did a very thorough job and I could tell she really cared about her work! She also made the experience really relaxing for me after a busy day, and tailored the products to my scent preference and hair type. Will be booking again :)

I went in having had my what I thought was wavy but now told is curly hair over textured 3 times. Explained to Helen I felt like I was cheating on my old stylist 🤣
Helen talked me through the plan, was honest we are looking at 3 cuts to get it fully fixed.
We talked about how I found Pure (searched looked at pics to find polished but not too polished) and it already looks better, not perfect but not triangle mullet death.

First time client with naturally v curly hair. I felt very relaxed straightaway as Angela was knowledgeable and professional. She took time to listen and go through exactly what I was going to get from my cut. I was v happy with the whole service and especially my cut and finish. Perfect.

I've been suffering with a stiff neck and headaches for a few weeks now so booked in with Lydia for a scalp, neck and shoulder massage. Fantastic, I felt a bit of relief straight away and even more so the day after. Highly recommend. Lovely clean spa too

I’ve tried a few other hairdressers in the area, but Pure stands out - it never feels rushed, and I genuinely look forward to each visit. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is spot on, and the coffee’s great too! Mosh is not only highly skilled but also incredibly knowledgeable, always offering helpful advice. Plus, we always have a good chat, which makes the experience even better. Prices are reasonable, and the quality is consistently excellent. Highly recommended!
