Fantastic cut and blow dry by the lovely Millie today. Already booked to go back for colour next week with her which says it all, been as I don't normally like going to the hairdressers! Gorgeous salon. Everyone really welcoming. Millie was great.

Id been looking online for a highly rated luxury salon for a few weeks and I was lucky enough to get a very last minute appointment with Max the manager whilst in the area one day. Max was very friendly and most importantly listened to my concerns/wishes about my hair, picking specific shampoo, conditioner etc based on my hair condition. I was offered a selection of herbal/fruit teas as well as a range of coffees upon arrival by the lovely receptionist (sorry forgotten her name) who also gave a lovely relaxing massage prior to washing my hair where I also had a wonderful head massage. The prices were quite reasonable compared to other salons and I was very impressed with the service received & will definitely be going back again in the future-this is my new favourite salon!

Every treatment I have here is spot on! The therapist is excellent & does a great job of relieving the tension in my shoulders, you leave fully refreshed. Often spas/therapists rush you in & out and you don’t feel the full treatment time, sheer success are the complete opposite so you can relax thoroughly, I Can’t recommend them enough : )

Added nostrils to my treatment last minute and it wasn’t a problem. I even asked if someone would be free to cut my hair last minute , nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Warm welcome. Extensive choice of free beverages. Whilst the stylists are tasked to promote their products and services it is done in a subtle manner so no hard sell which can be off putting. Sahrish listened to what I was looking for and ensured that she took her time to make sure it was just right. Extremely pleased and as the recommendation came from my son was unsure as to whether a longer style would be as good but Sahrish is clearly versatile. Highly recommend.

Had an absolutely beautiful massage experience! I have been to the Belfry and all sorts, however no massage I have had has been quite as relaxing as this one! The staff was also extremely welcoming and looked after me - Thank you very much!

Katie is literally the most amazing hairdresser I've ever come across (and I've had a few over the years). Fantastic cut and style. I left feeling how every woman imagines leaving a hairdressers but hardly ever does - i felt like a million dollars!

I love this salon especially my stylist Mo! I have been coming for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Staff very friendly and give advice whilst listening to what you want. Relaxing environment and lovely little extras like complimentary mini massage.

The salon is lovely. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Sahrish is a brilliant hairdresser - she was very attentive to me and what I wanted. It was nice talking through my hair concerns with her and getting some good advice. Love my haircut, especially as it really needed some TLC.

À lovely experience!! I didnt expect the gown and robe or the foot treatment prior to what i had booked in for. Such a relaxing treatment....i will definately be back!!!
