Love this salon, always feel at home and well looked after x

Happy to pay for booked treatments. However, I do not want to pay an additional 20 - 40% for treatments I have never had. At no point have I ever been asked if I want any extra treatments, as I would be aware of additional charges being applied to my bill. This has occurred on more than one occasion.

This should not be allowed to happen in an established brand such as yours.

I have been going to this toni and Guy for over 10 years. My hairdresser, Alan, is amazing. He really knows how to cut hair and gives you a confidence boost. The salon is clean and efficient. Great atmosphere with lovely people. Can't praise it enough.

Excellent Lauren cuts my hair lovely

Loved my eveninf cut. Amelia was amazing asking me if I was happy with the length etc. I wanted something manageable and different she gave me both.
Lovely receptionist noticed my plastic bag I was carrying had broken and gave me a Toni and guy paper bag. I still have it now the next day. Really friendly staff.

Absolutely amazing service, didnt have to ask for anything. My hair was treated as well which was a super bonus. Usually i have to ask to apply different products when i have a colour. In terms of the colour i achieved exactly what i wanted , the hairdresser was absolutely superb

Had another brilliant colour by Jim, can only use one word to describe him GENIUS. Can't recommend him enough.

The team are always friendly, polite and welcoming. Jim & Chaice are very talented and I always leave the salon very happy with my colour and style.

Very friendly staff at the reception always welcoming and have a friendly smile. The lady who washed my hair was lovely. And my hair stylist Simone was lovely down to earth bubbly and easy to get along with had a lovely conversation with her. Also Jess is very lovely always smiling and very friendly. It was my first experience at Toni and Guy in general but specifically the Birmingham central branch and I will certainly be making a repeat visit. I was referred to this particular branch by a friend and it certainly didn't disappoint. I arrived into Birmingham early after making a 40 minute journey specifically for this appointment and the staff were brilliant, rang me to inform me that my stylist was ready early if I want to go in and then were extremely helpful and friendly when I arrived. My stylist Chaice was brilliant, she was great to chat to and me feel completely at ease after choosing to go for a very different style for me. The cut itself is great and I've already received lots of compliments on how good it looks! I will definitely be recommending Chaice as it was well worth the visit!

Chloe hasn't seen me for a while but she remembered how I have my hair, my children, interests, etc which was lovely. My haircut is just how I like it and it was done in good time as always. I used to feel a bit anxious about haircuts but not since I've been going to Tony & Guy.

I'm honestly dreading the day i have to stop seeing Alan and the team in Birmingham. My hair has been a short style for some years, but it has never been so practical, fashionable and more me then now!
From going in and receiving a warm welcome to having the most relaxing hair wash and treatments, and finally my cut with Alan which is quite frankly always perfect and suiting my needs, i couldn't recommend them more!
It's not an overstatement to give them 5 stars all round. I'm hard to please usually ;)

This haircut was had on a whim, found myself with a spare couple of hours and walked in to salon, having not been there for a good few years. Staff were friendly attentive and made me feel relaxed. As for the haircut with Jess, it will go down as one of the best haircuts I've had, not only did it look great at the time, but still anazong 2 days later, and after washing brilliant too. Jess listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions too, I shall definitely be back to see her:) thank you

I've been a regular for more years than I can remember but today's bill of 43£ for a men's cut and blow dry is the limit for me. I'm too polite to question the ever rising costs as im guided to the till but this visit is the point at which I say enough is enough. My loyalty isn't being recognised, in fact I feel like the Michael is being taken given this was just a trim, nothing more.
Its a decent trim without question but it doesn't validate the heavy price tag.

I have been going to Toni and Guy on Canon St in Birmingham last 2 years and l cannot fault their service or style. Always class. Friendly staff and u get what you pay for. Expensive but worth it! My personal favourites Lauren, Kirsty and Alan. Thank you tram.

Really excellent hair colour by Jim today. So pleased with the result. Made my daughter's day. Really nice and friendly and took plenty of time consulting so we knew exactly what we wanted. Cannot recommend Jim enough and shall be telling all our friends.

I've been using this salon for almost 5 years. All the staff and service are always wonderful and Alan is a star!

Everything about my visit to Toni&Guy was perfect. The salon is very welcoming and was quiet when I went (a weekday morning), no having to shout over hairdryers and music! My hair was cut by Chloe who was so nice and friendly, chatted throughout, and thoroughly understood a) what I wanted and b) what would work with my hair. I felt I could completely trust her with "whatever you think is best!" and I wasn't disappointed, getting by far one of the best cuts I've had... ever, and I've been to a lot more elite salons and higher level stylists in the past, for way more money, so I came away very, very happy and will certainly be returning whenever I'm back in the West Midlands. I can't recommend the place highly enough.

Thankyou Alan, you listened to what I wanted to do with my hair N then went on to deliver it. Couldn't be happier with the finish.
