Firstly had a really good hair wash & head massage by an assistant, he was friendly & attentive offering drinks. Then Chaise spent time cutting and restyling my hair. She was friendly and I didn't feel rushed at all. She used effective cutting techniques and gave me lots of styling tips. Felt pampered and was so pleased I'd come in. Thank you!

Definitely would recommend going here for your hair needs! Staff are super nice and welcoming. I had Chaice cut my hair and she did a perfect job, she took into account what I wanted and what would suit my face shape. I left with an awesome haircut and a great experience. Let's say I will definitely be coming back for future haircuts!

I literally fell through the salon door, having an asthma attack and Eva looked after me. I was able to book a cut and blow dry with Simmons and we chatted happily for the whole time I was in the salon. My hair looks lovely and I've never been happier to have an asthma attack on the doorstep of a hair salon!

I have been using Tony and Guy Birmingham for about 18 months and always have my hair done by Alan. I get so many compliments about my hair, Alan is amazing and the customer service provided by all staff is excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

It's the third time I am using their service . Alan is amazing and he has got great skills!!!

Chaise is excellent, personable, talented and clearly cares about what she's doing. Only complaint is I had to wait 25mins before the cut started which isn't ideal when coming on a lunch break.

Got my hair cut on Saturday at Toni and Guy Birmingham. Was offered refreshments when I arrived and staff were very friendly. I can't remember the name of the girl who cut my hair but she was absolutely lovely and took on board what I wanted as well as putting her own creative take on it. She was brilliant and I love my hair cut. All the staff were very complimentary afterwards and had great advice. Will recommend and would 100% go back.

The colour is spot on, the hairdresser has done an amazing job. She has given me a warm blonde that suits my skin tone. The haircut is terrible, luckily she knew she didn't know so cut very little off. Basically it's heavily layered on one side and not the other and the layers at the back are blended in properly. The young lady clearly hasn't been trained properly, this is very sloppy. It's a £10 haircut not £40.

Having visited Toni & Guy last September for the first time, I'll never go anywhere else.
The team at the Birmingham, Cannon St salon are so welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble and the atmosphere is relaxed. Jim and Chaice always do a wonderful job with my hair. They're really talented and I'm always happy with my hair when I leave.
