Was lovely to see the girls again! Everywhere was very COVID secure and clean. Nicole was the best as always! Happy to have my waxing done again!

Fantastic masssge by Nicole, would definitely recommend The Essentials beauty salon. Always feel very welcome each time I visit.

Having no clue what my wife had booked me in for, it was only when shown into the room did I find out. A deep tissue massage. My masseuse was Sarah. I explained the areas that I had issues with so she could concentrate more of an effort on them. She began gently working to quite intense level, though never actually hurting. I am looking forward to the next one. The only disappointment is I'm having to pay for it myself but will do so happily.

I cannot recommend this salon enough! Emma and the girls have done an exceptional job in ensuring a safe and secure environment and my recent visit to the salon was as wonderful as always. I have been a regular for two years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The girls are always so welcoming and friendly and Emma is an absolute star. My recent Treatment was great - as always - and I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Brilliant massage. I would like to book for my nails, wax and spray tan, though, whilst happy to pay an additional £5 for my first visit toward the Covid requirements, I feel this is extortionate if applied each visit and would affect my decision making. I would definitely look for an alternative services .

It has been so long since I was able to feel this pampered! I have been needing a wax since the start of lockdown and Sarah did not disappoint. As usual, she was so welcoming when I entered the salon and everyone was so clear on the new procedures. The treatment was fab and I left the salon feeling fresh and beautiful!

First time attending Castle Bromwich salon and I was met with the same friendly customer service and professionalism as at Coleshill. I received advice about the condition of my nails and cuticles and opted for gel overlay which was applied both beautifully and carefully and then topped with tutti fruitti shellac polish. fabulous, thank you very much :)

I was a bit apprehensive to how it would be like in the salon but it was amazing, had my nails done by laura and they have instantly boosted my mood. They are amazing. Next i had a back massage and it was just as relaxing as pre covid. Thank you guys for my pamper session see you in 2 weeks

Very welcoming and reassuring . I enjoyed my manicure and pedicure . Such a treat after lockdown .

This is the first time I have had a deep tissue massage at this salon. It was worth every penny. The therapist made sure I was comfortable with the pressure and worked hard to remove the knots in my back and shoulders. Working from home has caused a number of posture related issues but Amy made sure that I left the salon with a much more relaxed back. Thank you, enjoyed it so much have booked in for a further appointment.

From walking into the salon, always friendly and like one big family. Andrea is great, friendly and gentle. I wouldnt go anywhere else. First appointment since lockdown and the measures taken to provide great safe and clean service was 100%
