I have selected Emma as therapist but this review could apply to any of the lovely therapists and reception girls at Coleshill or Castle Bromwich Essentials. I have had CACI ,Decleor facial, pedicure, manicure and warm stones recently and all have been lovely can't wait for my next treatment!

Treated myself to a 90 minute body and head massage for the first time since they moved into these impressive new premises. Sarah was very knowledgeable and professional and did exactly what I asked for - excellent service as always! I was in for 90 minutes but was asleep for most of that time - a bit like watching the blues

Love my nails...as always thanks Laura! I that Laura always explain treatments and how they benefit, she’s extremely knowledgeable with everything the salon has to offer and any promotional offerings etc.
The new Katherine Daniels under eye treatment is amazing and I can really see a visible difference with less fine lines around the corner of my eyes.

Nicole was lovely explain what she was doing and even when she had just put the face mask on it started to sting me a little bit of my face and took it off where it was stinging straight away very pleased

Today I had Sarah-Ann massage my neck and shoulders and shellac my toes. I have a bad back and can’t lie on the bed for massage or sit in the normal chairs for toes (I know- what a pain am I) but the staff are brilliant and between them all they came up with a plan so that I was comfortable and got my treatments done. So now my back is nicely relaxed, my toes are beautifully glittered and I tried every seat in every room just like Goldilocks ? thank you for making me feel relaxed and pampered and thank you for being a lovely friendly salon.

I come in for a nostril wax. Otherwise it looks like I’ve been snorting spiders. Emma has always done the treatment really well - it always looks good and doesn’t hurt much. Can’t recommend highly enough!

What an amazing treatment! With two children who don’t value their sleep in the Same way I do I constantly have dark circles around my eyes. This treatment brightened my eyes, left my skin feeling lovely and I even got a back massage thrown in to boot! Amy is a miracle worker!

I had a set of gel extensions done. in the past, regardless of where I’ve had them done I’m lucky if they last a week. First time having them done at The Essentials and my gorgeous nails are still strong and looking great 3 weeks later. Looking forward to my next set tomorrow!

Nicole is friendly and professional, the treatments provided were tailored to meet my needs and I thoroughly enjoyed both treatments. It is no surprise that this salon is award winning and has many loyal clients. Highly recommended!

I would like to thank Sarah for my excellent treatment. We discussed my skin concerns and she was very informative. The facial was fantastic and wow the results were amazing! Having had a bad flare up recently due to eczema, my dry, red swollen face has been transformed. My skin is clear and bright with no signs of redness or swelling and my cheekbones look defined and plumped.
I would highly recommend this treatment. Thank you again Sarah, you're a star!

Thought I had booked eyebrow and lashes online but my error had only booked lashes but Amy sorted me for both treatments. Excellent service as usual

I’ve been coming to Essentials for a few months now and I won’t go anywhere else. Super helpful staff and friendly and comfortable environment!

Had eyebrows tint and wax and a bikini wax. Missed one appointment and would have missed the second if they hadn’t have called me. Very accommodating and understanding. I’ve used them a few times now after my normal therapist has gone on maternity leave, it’s always daunting using someone new when you e used the same person for years. Salon is clean and friendly and the rooms are chilled and spa like, they offer a great range of treatments also. Again thank you girls for getting me holiday ready. :)
