Omg thanks goodness for Boris allowing eye treatments! I'm back and it's all thanks to Nicole thanks for giving me back my eyebrows and stopping me going at them ? you girls are doing amazing working in these conditions. I felt so safe but also relaxed so thank you!

First time back to salon after lockdown, Everywhere was spotlessly clean and all safety measures in place I felt very safe in the salon. Eyebrows and Shellac on nails with Amy who is always friendly and professional.

I was so pleased to see Nicole for the first time since pre lockdown! As always, she did a fantastic job with my brows, and I left feeling half human again!

Was also nice having a quick catch up with her, she is such a lovely lady!

After months of ups and downs, today I got to have my eyebrows tinted and waxed. Was so excited ! Covid wise every precaution was in place. I felt very safe. Emma was as lovely as ever. Nice to have a chat and catch up. Treatment was perfect. My grey eyebrows have been banished !
The whole process from booking to paying went smoothly. So happy to have you guys back x

Current covid payment is misleading. Online it states you pay covid deposit and it takes £5 off your total bill when you go to salon. Turns out it doesn’t and the treatment just costs £5 more instead. Poor advertisement

It was great to have my nails sparkle and shine again with Andrea today after all this time. Andrea and the staff at Castle Bromwich were very professional as usual and made me feel very welcome and safe with the COVID procedures that have been put in place. Having been a regular for many years I was however a little concerned with the extra COVID safe charge that customers will now have to pay in addition of their treatment charge for every visit. This extra charge may mean I will have to reduce the frequency of my appointments at the salon. I do understand why this is being charged but feel it is too much for every visit when other salons are not doing this.

First visit to The Essentials Beauty Salon but it won’t be my last. Felt completely safe from the booking to leaving with my nails done.

Another great experience at this gem of a salon. I was made to feel welcome and received a brilliant service from Laura. My nails continue to look fabulous. Thank you ladies, I’m so pleased that what I heard about you all is true and only wish I had come in years ago.

I was very impressed with the treatment I had at Essentials today. I was filled with confidence before arriving after receiving an email and txt regarding safety and providing a safety video so I knew exactly what to expect. They have implemented lots of safety precautions but I still felt the personal touch. The experience was as lovely as before and I was happy to be able to safely get a spray tan. Laura was friendly as always and made me comfortable and was a wonderful beautician as always. I will definitely be returning and I've left feeling much better about myself and feel I have had a spray tan safely.

Laura did a lovely job of my nails today. All the ladies do a great job, they never disappoint.

First visit back to The Essentials since lockdown, any apprehensions I may have had disappeared the second I arrived. All appropriate safety measures put in place. I had my own mask in my bag but these are provided and gel is available for both clients and staff. The girls were as friendly and welcoming as ever. Andrea made me feel relaxed throughout my treatment and I’d definitely recommend the collagen gloves upgrade to anyone have shellac. My hands are so soft. It was lovely to be pampered again. Thank you.

After my hands became dry and neglevted during the lockdown I decided to treat myself to a manicure and mini pedicure. The salan is so welcoming and the girls are so friendly and knowledgable. Laura made a wonderful job of my nails and my hands and feet feel pretty again. Thankyou for my treat x

I visited the salon today for a shellac on my fingers. Sarah -Ann was really helpful advising me on colour. She also recommended a hand treatment using a collagen sock. The results were amazing , and have made such a difference to the effect anti bac and constant washing has had on my hands.

Had leg wax today, spotless clean room. All covid 19 precautions in place. Made to feel comfortable and welcomed.

I know I work at the salon and have regular fabulous massages. But I have to say this Tropical Bliss was lovely, having the scrub and then massage my skin feels fabulous! It’s so smooth and soft and feeling the most relaxed I’ve felt in a long time. Heavenly...

Normally I book in for facials but with COVID and Borris... that’s not possible right now! So instead I decided to treat myself as I’ve been working throughout these crazy times and opted for a Tropical Bliss and had my toes painted. As always the girls are amazing; so friendly and welcoming and it was lovely to be back and have a catch up! I felt very safe going into the salon and they are going above and beyond to make sure you still have that salon experience even with all the changes!
