I have been going to essentials for my beauty treatments for over 10 years and have always received brilliant customer service from all of the ladies at the salon. Had a great treatment with Nicole today. She is welcoming, friendly and always has a smile on her face which immediately puts you at ease. Great work from Essentials!

Excellent and friendly service.

This was my first time going to the Coleshill Salon and I loved it. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Amy was very professional and my facial was amazing. I hadn’t been having the greatest day, but afterwards I felt so much more relaxed! I have booked in for next month and will be making this a monthly treat for myself. Thank you Amy ?

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The massage I had was very relaxing and Laura was very friendly and professional. When I was leaving I asked about a treatment for my nails. A product was recommended, which I purchased and I was told if I needed anymore advice just to pop in. The treatment has worked wonders. Very happy with the whole experience.

I went to the Coleshill branch of The Essentials on Saturday for a facial with Amy. The treatment began with a relaxing back massage and then the facial. Both were really relaxing and I fell asleep as Amy’s gentle hands did their work. Skin felt amazing afterwards and had a lovely glow. Thank you.

Great really happy with results

This was my first visit to the salon and a return to waxing following a bad experience a few years ago. Amy was absolutely lovely and put me at ease - no mean feat! She explained everything to me and was chatty and friendly. This is the first time I’ve had a lycon wax and I’ll definitely be back. Amy’s calm helped me to relax. She worked quickly and throughly. It’s such a relief to find a therapist who you can trust. Thanks Amy!

I had a citrus scrub first then a shower then a full body massage & mini facial which was wonderful . The only complaint was the room was very cold not what you want when your having a treatment

It's always a pleasure going to see the girls at essentials. Nothing is too much trouble and they're always happy and friendly. Special shout out to Rachel who does a great job front of house.
