We were really disappointed to read that you didn't feel welcome during your visit, as creating a warm, friendly and comfortable atmosphere for our clients is incredibly important to us.

Although the salon officially opens at 10am, arriving at 9.55am for a 10am appointment should certainly not have left you feeling uncomfortable or as though you had arrived at the wrong time. We are sorry if our greeting came across that way.

We're also sorry to hear that your treatment felt quieter than you would normally expect. We always want our clients to feel looked after throughout their time with us, not just through the treatment itself.
