My first visit back to the salon post the latest lockdown and my first time meeting Laura-Jayne. Like all the Essentials girls Laura-Jayne was warm and welcoming and made me feel relaxed. As always the salon felt safe and clean with clear covid protocols in place. So nice to have some me time back again and I am no longer embarrassed by my eyebrows and loving my nails too! Would definitely recommend adding the collagen gloves onto your treatments ladies! Welcome to the team Laura-Jayne and thank you again for a fantastic service.

Booked the bank holiday special massage and am feeling so relaxed. Just what I needed after working from home for a year! A lovely experience with Sarah-Ann.

Lovely relaxing morning having my toenails painted.

I had eyelashes and eyebrows tint and brow wax. Very well done, no stinging and brows tinted to shade I asked for. Very pleased.

The girls are always so friendly and welcoming. Laura explains the products with such passion. I love the KD range - and my skin feels lovely after today's facial. Can't recommend The Essentials enough.

Laura was great listened to my back issues reassured me & applied right pressure massage was great & after care was given ... after years of back treatment it was lovely to have treatment that felt nice too & in a relaxing environment just wish it lasted longer!!

I had a body scrub , full body massage & facial it was so relaxing it was heaven I didn’t want it to end
Amy was so good I would recommend her to everyone
I came home & slept for 2 hours

From start to finish this was a great experience. Sarah Ann made me so relaxed and her massage was fantastic.

My first visit since lockdown and how I was looked after by Emma and not forgetting Tina such a friendly place to be pampered and I've been going for 18yrs now lovely atmosphere

Finally got to use my birthday voucher from January and it was totally worth the wait! Full body exfoliation, full body massage and a lovely facial to finish. Laura really tailored the treatment to my needs. What a relaxing two hours!

Andrea is lovely. Makes you feel comfortable and all the staff always friendly.

Another great experience at Essentials today. Rang them on the off chance of an appointment and was booked in and lying on the therapist couch in less than an hour. Great eyebrow shaping and tinting from Laura who dealt with my previous sensitivity issues professionally. Brilliant service, as always, and helpful aftercare advice.
