Today I had my first age defense peel, I absolutely loved it!
I felt a slight tingling but nothing major! Sarah gives the most amazing facial, I felt so relaxed her facial massage, décolletage and scalp massage was amazing I could’ve fell asleep!

Laura Jayne is a miracle worker. She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Massage is fantastic. She’s friendly and helpful, will defo be going back.

Yesterday I enjoyed the complimentary Hot Stone Massage that I was lucky enough to win in a Christmas draw. Sarah-Ann was brilliant and talked me through everything and particularly focussed on areas of concern for myself. As someone with a disability who struggles with pain, numbness and body spasms the massage worked absolute wonders and the heat really helped me. I had the best nights sleep I’ve had for a very long time and will certainly be booking for this service again in the future. Thank you Sarah-Ann for a truly amazing experience and Emma for your kindness with the giveaway which allowed me to try out this wonderful massage!

First time back since re-opening again and Laura does my nails perfectly as usual. Felt lovely and safe to be back and loving my nails!

I had a relaxing facial, I asked for a towel under my knees and SPF as I have hyperpigmentation, it was no trouble. I was warm and I found it really relaxing. Katherine Daniels is expensive but as a payday treat I recommend it.

Great LVL lift treatment by Laura; she took such care and gave thorough after-care advice. Laura must have done a great job - everybody says I look at least 10 years younger! Highly recommended!!

There’s been a period of time where I’ve had my treatments at a different salon (due to a change of location!) and I’ve not been 100% satisfied. I’m relieved that my circumstances have now allowed me to return to see Laura today! By far the best therapist I’ve had ... due to both her lycon wax technique and friendly, relaxed personality. I’m pleased to say I’ll be continuing my routine visits again at Essentials with Laura. Thanks :)

Had the most fantastic Caci ultimate facial at Essentials Castle Bromwich . All the staff are super friendly yet professional and I felt so safe and reassured with the Covid procedures that are in place . Sarah talked me through the treatment and the benefits to my skin and I have to say the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish . Can’t wait for my next treatment and to be pampered yet again I’ve already booked my next appointment.!!

Had a lovely time at Essentials today. Haven't been since Christmas due to illness/covid. Was lovely to see the girls and have a catch up. Everything is covid secure and plenty of hand gel and cleaning sprays available. Felt very pampered. The girls are like extended family xx

My first visit back to the salon post the latest lockdown and my first time meeting Laura-Jayne. Like all the Essentials girls Laura-Jayne was warm and welcoming and made me feel relaxed. As always the salon felt safe and clean with clear covid protocols in place. So nice to have some me time back again and I am no longer embarrassed by my eyebrows and loving my nails too! I had eyelashes and eyebrows tint and brow wax. Very well done, no stinging and brows tinted to shade I asked for. Very pleased.
