During the massage, Emma immediately identified an area of my shoulders that I have been having issues with lately. Things do feel a lot better and more mobile after my treatment, but I’ll be looking at making a booking for the deep tissue massage as soon as I can as this is what Emma recommended to get deeper into the problem area.

I am doing a course of caci treatments which I find brilliant, however my work commitments have caused be to cancel appointments at sometimes very short notice not once when doing this have I had bad customer service in fact the girls could not be more helpful in rearranging Not sure you could find a better salon or staff

A fantastic full body exfoliation and back massage. I feel amazingly relaxed. Next time bringing my PJs to get straight into!!

Really in need of this treatment today, Amy advised me to use cuticle oil as they were really hard and dry. Really relaxing arm massage too and love the grey polish... Also a lovely cup of tea. Very Covid safe...

Nicole was as always welcoming with a hug smile (behind a mask of course). She helped me choose a gorgeous colour for my nails and was just gorgeous. As was Tina who has always got a wonderful smile and so welcoming to the salon!

This was my first trip to The Essentials since the Covid reopening. It was lovely to have a bit of ‘me time’ and in what felt like a very safe environment. Love the colour of my nails to. I will be returning soon!

Had some treatment done today @ Coleshill salon. All covid measures where in place I felt absolutely safe,
had a good old chinwag with Emma nice to feel normal as I don’t get out much have little ones.

Yesterday I had a Katherine Daniels Age Defence Sensitive Facial, it was the best facial I’ve ever had! It was tailored to the needs of my skin. The facial massage was so nice, and the mask was heavenly. Today my skin feels so much better, brighter and fed.... Thank you Amy for recommending this facial, can’t wait to have another...

I booked an appointment with Sarah today , as I have been suffering with back and neck pain. Sarah did a deep tissue massage that was both soothing and relaxing. I could feel the muscles become less tense and had much more movement when she had finished. I will definitely be back for more ! The salon felt clean, safe and very comfortable. Well done

What an utterly exquisite experience having my Katherine Daniels Age Defence Faircloth with Laura. The techniques are different to the norm and DLA the better for it. Amazing experience! Made all the better by Laura’s clear explanation throughout the treatment coupled with quiet at all the right moments. I can not recommend it enough!! My skin has never looked so clear and radiant! Thank you Laura, I’ll be back to see you again soon, you are a senior therapist in the making ?
