Its after a very long time Jade was my stylist yesterday. She is very friendly and joyous and made the whole experience a cakewalk.

My last unit lasted 14 months and seen me through some difficult times, brain tumour surgery and during that time I had it on clips for at least six months, I was glad to get it back on the glue and it was perfect for the remaining time wearing it in various styles just feels like my normal hair.

Hopefully my new units enjoys my head lol and see's me through much better times. Thank you all for everything always xxx

I had the pleasure of experiencing Ellise good stylist very professional and considerate. The ladies in reception are always welcoming .

Consultation with treatment suitable for my hair was discussed. My hair is much stronger with new growth, thickness and length. The fact that you can use the laser as frequently as needed for life long is an amazing option. The booths in their new premises are bit compact for comfort though.

Another great appointment with Jade and a newer stylist, I can’t remember his name however we did refer to him as Kenneth during the appointment so he will know who I mean ?. (He’s very good at impressions)

They both worked really well together and we had many laughs during the appointment.

Had appointment with my usual stylist Elyssha. She is a lovely lady and great at her job, we have got to know each other quite well now. This is very reassuring to me with my hair issue. She has been so kind, helpful and patient over the last couple of appointments helping me choose a style for my sons wedding.
It is really nice to see the same person when i go. She knows me my hair and likes and dislikes with it, i feel comfortable with her and she will always spend time to make sure I am happy with my hair before I leave.
I have found everyone at Optima to be very pleasant and helpful

She told me she has 37 years experience and it shows with the quality of the cut . The best I’ve ever had , attention to detail second to none and made me feel so welcome .
