I have been coming for 9 years and long over due a review. The entire staff from reception to the stylists and even the people behind the scenes are amazing people. Always feel welcomed, respect your privacy, chatty, friendly creating a nice atmosphere and best of all the quality of service is top notch. Thats why i have been loyal for 9 years. Highly recommended.

Hand on heart, life changing, gave me the confidence again. Service from Pete, Kaz and the whole optima team is nothing short than amazing. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant.

Only rated 4 out of 5 on the result but that was down to myself having hair too short on the back and sides due to a heavy handed haircut a week before I got my system. The team did wonders with what they had to work with :-) and pleased with the result

She was warm, friendly and efficient…and because Kaz was in and out as well, I had the distinct benefit of having both of them work with me.

I don’t have a regular stylist yet - but Kat has done my hair, and Emma has too and have been good. Just would like a regular stylist.

From the moment you walk through the door into the reception area you are always given a warm and friendly welcome by the optima ladies at reception.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Mariah a new member of the optima family .
I was really impressed how she cut and trimmed my hair exactly how i wanted it .

Mariah made me feel at ease and comfortable at all times considering this was the first time that we had met I felt i knew her for a long time.

Fotini is such a lovely girl and a totally brilliant hairdresser. The girls on reception are totally delighful too. It all starts at the top with a Management that creates a happy environment.

Fantastic service as always, really comfortable and at ease. Reassuring about any issues I had or anything I was uncomfortable about!

Had a new fitting with Emilie and Jade, great job, very friendly, good chat and banter. You never know when you might talk about visits Spain, life insurance, pigs and Christmas all in one visit. ????

Karen Sophie Evans is excellent, and is the best hairdresser on planet earth.
She has dealt with me for years, and knows exactly what I want.
I couldn't ask for any more.
Everyone at Optima have always been very helpful actually, and they are all lovely.
Owner Pete Murtha is also a really nice guy, and made me feel superb, when I first came to Optima, and has done, ever since.
Optima, is a superb company, and fully deserve all the credit they undoubtedly get.

I have used kat for many years now I don’t just have a fantastic professional stylist who knows exactly what I require but also some one who I can confide in Kat always makes me feel at ease we always have a good laugh and chat most defiantly number one for me Thank you Kat Xxx

Aaliyah is a great asset to Optima, she always makes the process so easy and relaxed, she has a great personality and always puts her clients needs first.

First time in six years I've had a different stylist for a fitting and I am very pleased with the result of the cut, colour and service provided by Elyssha.
Elyssha was patient and attentive to what I wanted and understood how it effects me as an individual. She was very knowledgeable on after care advise on both the colour and the unit. Thank you :)

I love the way Kat looks after me. I fully trust what she does for me, so much so I leave it up to her. Kat’s bed side manner is perfect. She will take the time to as me about me and thus give me support and reassurance and deliver an amazing refusion/style which fills me with confidence and sexiness

I normally have Jade but as she was on leave Maria (I hope I have that right, I don’t see her name on the list) did my hair and I was very pleased with the result.

Kaz is brilliant. Always friendly and excellent at her profession .
