Shoutout to my hairstylist Elyshha! She gives me French‑fry sideburns, next‑day pizza hair magic, Miss World curves, and a hokey‑cokey blow dry performance. Anyone booked in with this fantastic prehistoric stylist, you must try the hokey cokey method, it genuinely works!

Seamless experience from start to finish. The staff are great, very friendly, down to earth and easy to have a conversation with. Always made to feel welcome!

Jade did me a fitting of a new system and after trying other companies I can only say WOW ! She’s a true expert , my wife said it’s the best it’s ever looked ! Thank you Jade

When I visit OHS usually get allocated a stylist about a month before and I do like my hair cut but the gents stylists and they were fully booked, the good news is I was extra impressed with the quality and attention to detail taken with the short hair cut and getting the correct colour tonew just right , which is always a time driven thing and Charlotte pushed to leave a bit extra time with my grey Tones, a 5 stars ⭐️ result

Less of hairstylist skill , I know burnI’m Specific about my tea and she was always prepared to listen to my preferences and make it exactly how I like it with no fuss?! :)

I had a new hair system fitted by Ellise and i must say that i am still happy with the cost effective and quality of the system and service provided.

I said it once and I will keep saying it again Pete you are a true legend in sourcing these hair systems and the birth of optima !

I have heard a few horror stories from a few people having hair systems from various hair system providers that have tried to emulate the professionalism and quality of Optima hair and have not been happy with the quality and service provided.

As my old mother use to say cheapness is not necessarily greatness thank you again to Pete the legend and the optima crew for providing a great service that has changed people's lifes for the better.

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences. The person I am referring to is truly wonderful, always going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Every visit I’ve had has been fantastic, with no complaints whatsoever. Their efficiency meant I was never left waiting and my appointments were handled quickly and professionally.

I did attempt to add them to my appointment list for future visits, but unfortunately it looks like their schedule was already fully booked. It’s a testament to their popularity and the high standard of care they provide.

Well what can I say, What a absolute pleasure it was to have my new system fitted and cut in by Ellise, First time I’ve been booked in with Ellise so was feeling nervous/apprehensive but once in the chair and started chatting felt at ease and made to feel comfortable, Listened to what ever requirements i had and gave advise on style and how to manage when waking up with the dreaded bedhead, Was really satisfied and happy with the final result, I couldn't recommend Ellise highly enough, Would be more then happy to be placed with Ellise in the future.
