I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I’ve consistently received. I can honestly say that they are an amazing person, always ready to lend a hand and often helping me out of tricky situations. In my experience, they are easily one of the best hair stylists I know. Their attention to detail is impressive – a real perfectionist whose work is always tidy and polished.

It’s clear to me that they deserve far more recognition for the dedication and skill they bring to their job. The only thing I wish is that I could book appointments with them more often! It seems that their talent hasn’t gone unnoticed, as they’re always fully booked.

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences. The person I am referring to is truly wonderful, always going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Every visit I’ve had has been fantastic, with no complaints whatsoever. Their efficiency meant I was never left waiting and my appointments were handled quickly and professionally.

I did attempt to add them to my appointment list for future visits, but unfortunately it looks like their schedule was already fully booked. It’s a testament to their popularity and the high standard of care they provide.

Well what can I say, What a absolute pleasure it was to have my new system fitted and cut in by Ellise, First time I’ve been booked in with Ellise so was feeling nervous/apprehensive but once in the chair and started chatting felt at ease and made to feel comfortable, Listened to what ever requirements i had and gave advise on style and how to manage when waking up with the dreaded bedhead, Was really satisfied and happy with the final result, I couldn't recommend Ellise highly enough, Would be more then happy to be placed with Ellise in the future.

I go to Optima every 4 weeks I can honestly say that the treatment I receive is top class I am never disappointed with my hair and I always have many compliments on it I always recommend the salon if I think the ladies would benefit greatly by going there. Thei prices are very fair and all of the staff ate so friendly and supportive the owner,Pete, is one in a million with his understanding of hair loss in male and female issues he is compassionate and careing both with his staff and customers I would highly recommend the salon .

If you want your hair transformed by a 4‑foot‑9 Greek firecracker who only appears on Saturdays like some kind of mythological salon sprite, book her immediately. I hadn’t seen her in six months and she still attacked my barnett like it owed her money.

Her “simple explanations” somehow sound like Einstein teaching Hair Physics 101, especially when it comes to talking about dress sizes 10 to 14! But hey, the results speak for themselves. She’s tiny, she’s mighty, and she will absolutely drag your hair back to life.

Till the next time she does my hair.

Jade was incredibly professional, understanding, and polite throughout the entire process. She did a fantastic job, making me look much younger, and it is evident that she has a lot of experience as a hair stylist. I am very pleased with the result and wanted to commend her for her excellent work.

I had the pleasure of meeting Amber for the first time for my refusion . Again i felt at ease having a conversation with her although i was only seeing Amber for a refusion she was very attentive and professional at all times. She is another great addition to the optima family again a big thank you and salute to the man the legend Pete! And the optima family for giving myself and others the confidence to socialise again .

Lucy is a superb stylist, a true professional like all the Optima Stylists, with great communication skills & attention to detail, highly recommended!

Once again lovely Elyssha made sure my hair was looking good for Christmas. She is amazing. I wanted to thank the wonderful reception girls for being so helpful, making all my appointments for next year. A special thanks to them for helping us when we had a puncture, asking my husband in for a coffee while he waited for the recovery people. Also for lending him a phone charger. Optima us a special place.
