I had a refusion on 7.7.23 at optima. I am disappointed with the look of the refusion as it appears incorrectly positioned making the side look too heavy and it is too far forward. Please could Peter or Karen contact me.

As per usual at Optima, everyone was their usual friendly selves.
I had a couple of visits from owner Pete, during my appointment on this occasion.
Pete is an extremely funny guy, and one of the friendliest and most genuine guys I've ever met. He really is, the best.
Then with my appointment with Karen... Not only is Kaz extremely gorgeous, but she really has become a very dear friend too. And I can discuss things with her, that I could only discuss with someone very close to me.
Which only goes to show, just how wonderful, the people at Optima are.
As I recently had a very depressing time, and Kaz made me feel so good about it all.
Fantastic people, and I was told I was very loved there. By Karen... And Pete.
I love you guys too.

This is my second review.. As previously mentioned, Elyssha has been doing my hair for a few years. At yesterday's appointment, Fotini did my hair and, like Elyssha, was professional and kind. She did a great job with my fitting.

I have been going to Optima for approx 15 years now. Pete and his wonderful team are extended family to me. Since I first went for my consultation to now, I have nothing but praise. I have been able to live a normal life again. It is a life changing experience dealing with hair loss. Everyone greets you with genuine courtesy. Pete and all his amazing team are life savers. They have been for me. For countless others too. The reception team are amazing. Their welcome so lovely.

I have been coming to optima for a very long time, and haven’t always felt like my concerns are always being listened to (colour issues). However, Maria was brilliant and genuinely cared. She also did a great job with my refusion!

The staff at Optima are always friendly and go the extra mile. My stylist Emma is amazing. If you are a new client just starting out on your journey. I couldn’t recommend them enough they put you at ease and go through each process with you.

I have been wearing hair systems for the last 24 years, and have been to many saloons and " hair replacemnt specialists" all over the UK, USA and Canada. And can confidentley say that Optima are in a league of their own, both with quality and durability of their hair systems. I have been a customer since 2016 and always been very happy with the service and result that I have recieved, so would have no problem in reccommending them to anyone suffering from hair loss.

Been using optima for 10+ years.. service, staff and building facilities are always on point. Stylists go the extra mile making sure your happy when you leave..!!?

Where to even begin, my hair has been at the core of my insecurities for the past 5 or so years now, I’ve always wanted to do something about it and Optima has given me the opportunity to do that!

Right from my first consultation with Pete, I felt understood and assured that something could be done about my biggest insecurity. My interactions since then either via email or in person have been the definition of exceedingly excellent care and customer service.

Jade, wow, I’m struggling to find the words to express to you how truly grateful I am for what you have done for me. You’ve given me back a young spirit and confidence that I haven’t felt in what feels like forever! You’re a true professional and I greatly respect and appreciate your attitude and approach to your work, the perfect balance of giving the client what they want but also offering your opinion and expertise! I felt as though I could really trust you and I apologise for being a speechless mess at the end, it’s not often that I don’t have something to say haha! Thank you so much, truly!
