Very nice lady ,and chatty.

Lily is such a lovely friendly lady, I turned up at the salon with long grey hair and lily worked wonders on me, short bob just above my shoulders, she thinned out my hair as I have an awful lot of it, my colour was amazing no more grey, well done lily you did a great job, very happy customer x

As usual Sara-Jane did an amazing job on colour and Alv on cutting and styling. The salon is stylish, the only disappointment was the lady who let her child scoot round the salon whilst she was having her hair cut!

I haven't been to the hairdressers in years Cleo was very polite and very welcome in.. me and my daughter love our hair 100% going back again. Big thank you to cleo x x

I had my first visit to the salon today and was booked in with Cleo who took the time to listen to me and completely understood how I felt about my hair. She was chatty and friendly throughout and I’m excited to book back in for my next appointment

I was unable to have my usual stylist Pauline due to a very bad bout of flu. However, another stylist was available called Julie who was very competent, professional, and very kind. Brook gave a superb wash and head massage then I was passed on to Julie. I explained what I needed and she did a fine job.
Smooth running of the salon all girls busy but all cheerful and helpful as always. Great experience, would recommend most highly. Great girls, great skills, Great Salon. Merry Christmas ? to one and all.

I went to Academy Hersham and had high lights with Sarah Jane, and a cut and style with Julie today. I’m so happy with the outcome, I went with a picture of what I wanted and it came out exactly as I had asked!

SJ Always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at home in the salon. She has great knowledge and pays a lot of attention to what she does. I have an outstanding experience every time I go to the Salon. Kiara’s care and attention to clients is extremely professional and you leave wanting to go back again.

My usual weekly (sometimes twice weekly!) visit to The Academy in Hersham was superb. Chiara is so professional and one talented lady. Nothing is too much trouble and she always manages to be aware of everything happening in the salon, while making me feel the focus of her attention at the same time. This week, she also cut and styled my husband’s hair to perfection - and I’m VERY fussy!
Many thanks also to Brooke who gave us both superb hair washes.

All my life I have always flitted between hair salons, I would stay for a while and then switch.
This was until I found The Academy in Hersham.
Everyone one in there is so helpful, friendly and kind.
My stylist and colourist is the icing on the cake.
Chiara always listens to my ideas about the look I want to achieve advising the best way to do so,
I have alway walked out after my appointment feeling 10 feet tall with my bouncy blow dry.
The whole team are amazing and I highly recommend them.
No more switching salons for me.
