As from the moment I walked into the salon I was greet a big smile from a friendly receptionist Emma. Then lily come over and retreated me and took me to the chair, first thing was asked would you like tea or coffee. Then we had a chat about what I wanted done to my hair, cut/coloured/blowdry, the result was fantastic. I have already booked in to return in 6 weeks. Thankyou ladies for a amazing experience.

I visited the salon yesterday and from the moment I entered the girls made me feel very welcome. I hadnāt had my hair done since having my baby so was feeling very anxious but Lily reassured me through out the whole visit. She ensured to sit down with me at the beginning of my appointment to discuss what I wanted to achieve by the end of my visit and took her time so explain exactly how she will achieve my desired look. Lily was amazing and made me feel as ease. I also had a lovely head massage and hair wash from Mia which topped the whole appointment. Thanks again girls my hair looks amazing and will definitely be coming back. Couldnāt recommend enough !

Sadly there was a problem with my appointment which was not what I had requested over the phone despite an email confirmation. I had to wait over 30 minutes with wet hair while the another client was finished and I had another appointment to go to and a special event in the evening. I had to eventually ask her to please start my hair as she was chatting at the desk. It was not a good blow dry it took ages. I donāt like being negative I know this salon very well and really like the colourist but it has put me off returning. Not sure what to do now.

Lily was more than accommodating with my hair! there was a slight mix up but she fitted me in perfectly and took the time to do my hair carefully, always checking with other stylists to make sure she was certain. Her communication was amazing and i am super happy with the result! I went for something completely out of my comfort zone and i am happy with the change!
