Such a nice outing! Massage chair for hair wash and then a head massage all inclusive!!
I drive 1 hour and a half to get there to get a fabulous haircut as usual.

She a very talented hard woking stylist we’re lucky to be able to have our hair done by her and the saloon is friendly and great atmosphere and all the staff are lovely I’m a very happy client

Had my usual top-up hair colour with SJ, followed by a blow dry from Lily. Super experience as always at The Academy, Hersham. Thank you.

I took both my girls (aged 4 and 2) in for haircuts this weekend based on a recommendation from a friend. I couldn’t be more disappointed. For my youngest, she had short hair and the sides are completely uneven (we’re talking almost and inch difference above her ear). My eldest has long straight hair, and was cut by *****. I’m no expert but that feels like it should be a basic cut. Again it is uneven across the length of hair, pretty materially. I fully appreciate kids don’t sit as still as adults but the result of those cuts is unacceptable. I’m disappointed I didn’t notice while I was in the salon but I was 100% focused on trying to keep them as still as possible. Won’t be returning.

Today I visited the salon for the first time and to say I was impressed is an understatement. The experience was great! I was heard when I asked for exactly what I wanted and the result was really great. I’m really happy with my hair colour and condition now and Pauline made the experience for me comforting and easy.
