As always your greeted with a smile and the lovely experience begins it’s all so relaxing and you have a coffee while your hair is being transformed and she does work magic as my hair needed TLC she’s so talented I’m lucky to be her client but all of your stylists are great !! caring and nothing is too much trouble and the juniors are such a hard working enthusiastic group of young ladies I have nothing but good experiences over my many years of coming to you so thank you all ……Regards Elizabeth Shaw

Such a nice outing! Massage chair for hair wash and then a head massage all inclusive!!
I drive 1 hour and a half to get there to get a fabulous haircut as usual.

She a very talented hard woking stylist we’re lucky to be able to have our hair done by her and the saloon is friendly and great atmosphere and all the staff are lovely I’m a very happy client

I took both my girls (aged 4 and 2) in for haircuts this weekend based on a recommendation from a friend. I couldn’t be more disappointed. For my youngest, she had short hair and the sides are completely uneven (we’re talking almost and inch difference above her ear). My eldest has long straight hair, and was cut by *****. I’m no expert but that feels like it should be a basic cut. Again it is uneven across the length of hair, pretty materially. I fully appreciate kids don’t sit as still as adults but the result of those cuts is unacceptable. I’m disappointed I didn’t notice while I was in the salon but I was 100% focused on trying to keep them as still as possible. Won’t be returning.

Today I visited the salon for the first time and to say I was impressed is an understatement. The experience was great! I was heard when I asked for exactly what I wanted and the result was really great. I’m really happy with my hair colour and condition now and Pauline made the experience for me comforting and easy.

Lily is such a lovely friendly lady, I turned up at the salon with long grey hair and lily worked wonders on me, short bob just above my shoulders, she thinned out my hair as I have an awful lot of it, my colour was amazing no more grey, well done lily you did a great job, very happy customer x
