The price keeps going up but they NEVER tell you until they have done your hair and youāre about to pay, it only went up 5/6 months ago. This seems to keep happening, If it wasnāt for Annette I would off left.
The same for the refills, they have gone up but again charged me after it was full up, had I known before I would of brought it online as much cheaper,

I arrived for my first time and was instantly welcomed by the team and introduced to Annette who asked me about the cut I would like. I like to have an unusual haircut, I call it an 'assmetric pixie' cut and after sharing a few inspirational and past photos with Annette she got to work. She kept checking in with me and I could tell she felt a little apprehensive as it was an unusual cut but she had no need to worry. Chiara and all the girls at The Academy are very special people. I visit the salon every week and they are always both professional and fun! They demonstrate their skills and advice in their desire to please and nothing is too much trouble. Chiara is an excellent and supportive manager, leading by example. I always feel better after my weekly visit, especially over the past seven months since my husband died. Every one of the team has shown such care and kindness which has helped so much at this time.
