Felt I needed a change, but have very fine hair that has been thinning. Chiara was able to cut more layers into my hair, whilst giving it more bounce so it appears thicker

It’s really important to feel that your hair is in safe hands. I first found this salon many years ago when I was reeling from a horrific haircut inflicted upon me elsewhere in Walton, they managed to work some kind of miracle and salvage it with finesse, and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. It’s nice to know that any stylist you book an appointment with here will always do a great job, like Annette did for me today, and this takes any anxiety out of getting your hair done.

Annette is an excellent hairdresser with a warm approach to her clients. I have very thick, curly. dry hair which she managed to make look smooth and elegant for my friends wedding that day! Her speed, precision and understanding of what I wanted was spot on and Annette spoke through all the products and stages she was going through so i had total confidence in what she was doing. Very reassuring as it was the first time we'd met and my hair isn't easy!
If I'd had more time I would have loved to take up Annette's recommendation on products and spoken to S-J about my colour. Thank you Annette for being an authentic human being and putting my needs and wants first.

As from the moment I walked into the salon I was greet a big smile from a friendly receptionist Emma. Then lily come over and retreated me and took me to the chair, first thing was asked would you like tea or coffee. Then we had a chat about what I wanted done to my hair, cut/coloured/blowdry, the result was fantastic. I have already booked in to return in 6 weeks. Thankyou ladies for a amazing experience.

I visited the salon yesterday and from the moment I entered the girls made me feel very welcome. I hadn’t had my hair done since having my baby so was feeling very anxious but Lily reassured me through out the whole visit. She ensured to sit down with me at the beginning of my appointment to discuss what I wanted to achieve by the end of my visit and took her time so explain exactly how she will achieve my desired look. Lily was amazing and made me feel as ease. I also had a lovely head massage and hair wash from Mia which topped the whole appointment. Sadly there was a problem with my appointment which was not what I had requested over the phone despite an email confirmation. I had to wait over 30 minutes with wet hair while the another client was finished and I had another appointment to go to and a special event in the evening. I had to eventually ask her to please start my hair as she was chatting at the desk. It was not a good blow dry it took ages. I don’t like being negative I know this salon very well and really like the colourist but it has put me off returning. Not sure what to do now.

Lily was more than accommodating with my hair! there was a slight mix up but she fitted me in perfectly and took the time to do my hair carefully, always checking with other stylists to make sure she was certain. Her communication was amazing and i am super happy with the result! I went for something completely out of my comfort zone and i am happy with the change!
