Very happy with my hair cut today with Natalie. I will be coming back to the salon to have my hair cut with Natalie again. Really lovely girl :)

Great appointment as always with Lisa. Colour and blow dry are great!

Today was my first visit to the Cobham salon. Charlotte was on hand to make me feel welcome and had already been a huge help in booking my appointment with Beau.
I am thrilled with my cut and blow dry. Beau took time to understand the look I wanted and delivered sensible advice to my style choice.

I am very happy with my cut and colour and I think that Meryl is great although the service is very expensive. My only negative comment is that although I paid extra for a head massage and treatment, the head massage was very disappointing - the lady rubbed on the crown of my head only and so it was a rub of the crown and not a massage of my head. I would expect the massage to be free in any event.

Lovely colours, really happy with the stylist, Kelly and the salon in general - I will be back!

Had my hair colored and cut with Caroline. Color was exactly what I wanted. Caroline offers advise and implements a game plan for the future as well, all while enjoying a nice chat and a fabulous head massage.

This was my first visit as I don't live in the area but was there for my son's wedding. The staff were very pleasant and I was made to feel welcome and I relaxed and enjoyed their very njce coffee. I brought my wedding hat with me and Kelly my stylist gave good advice about how to do my hair for the best and with wearing my hat.I was very pleased with the result and enjoyed the visit! I would definitely come back if I am ever in Cobham again!

My facials at academy with Leanne are second to NOne. I am made to feel relaxed and then have a fabulous exfoliation and deep cleanse followed by a very soothing facial massage. As I leave the Salon with my glowing skin you can be sure that I book my next appointment as I leave. 5 stars!!

I have just had gel taken off my toenails and replaced with fresh polish. Holly was ready for me, she was cheerful smiling and very good at her job. It was a pleasure to spend 40 mins or so with her and my feet look great. Can't recommend her highly enough

I had often walked past the salon on the way back from the barbers thinking to myself "why on earth did I not go in there" However on this occasion 12,04,16 I did just that.
What a superior experience not at all what I'm used too but I would most certainly go back. I look and feel a million dollars.
The staff are wonderfully accommodating and smiley , what I always thought could be a rather intimidating situation what with being surrounded by beautifully glamorous people was simple irradiated by there hospitality and warmth.

My 13 year old daughter had her haircut by Katie. Her hair looked absolutely beautiful! It was shiny and healthy looking again! Katie took the time to listen to my daughter's concerns and introduced her to a sulphur free shampoo. I have a happy teenager!

First time in Academy, Cobham but a client in another branch. As I live locally decided to have a wash and blow-dry for Easter in the Cobham branch. Staff all friendly as was John who did my hair.

The results were fine, husband didn't like it but i asked for something different.

Unhappy with: although when asked what shampoo I used, one of theirs and the same product was then used, fine. Why was I then presented with a bottle of shampoo and conditioner when I sat down to have my hair dried - add on sales!

At 49 pounds for a wash and blowdry, ouch!!

Brilliant, the hairdresser was really helpful in deciding the new style I would get and she did a fab job. I was nervous that the style wouldn't suit me but she did a wonderful job.

Had such a lovely experience at The Acadamy today in Cobham with Meryl! By far the best cut and colour I've ever had! All such a lovely team! I have finally found a salon I LOVE!

My daughter and I went to Academy for a trim and blow dry and had a lovely and relaxing time. Kelly our stylist was warm and friendly and we both felt welcomed and looked after. We also had excellent hair cuts and I was impressed by a fresh cup of coffee!

Turned up on the off chance there was a space (I know why there was now) no mention of the price at this stage, lovely haircut by a lovely person, no problems there! But at the till men's haircut and pot of gel - £75!!! I was expecting £50 tops, I felt like I had been robbed.

Meryl is not only an extremely talented stylist but a very sympathetic one too. I love my new style- thank you Meryl.

As always Anjelica today has once again worked her magic on me. I find her to be an incredible individual who can totally relate to her clients. She truly cares about her clients and her work. She is always imaculate in her presentation and her treatments received are very professional. Academy are truly blessed to have her working for you. I do however feel Academy is somewhat overpriced and therefore will not encourage a varied clientele. Furthermore as a beauty client I question the beauty salons atmosphere because at times it is not currently a comfortable atmosphere to receive treatments in. Maybe management would like to address this moving forwards?

I booked an appointment for my elderly mother to have a blow dry and set. She's very frail and not confident outside the house - it was a real coup just to get her there to have her hair done as my treat. All the staff were friendly & caring, Kelly who did her hair was on time, very relaxed, made Mum feel relaxed too and so was able to explain better what she wanted. Mum was thrilled with the result. We'd definitely recommend the salon and Kelly. She listened to what Mum asked for and was easy to chat to. Overall a lovely experience.

Absolutely love going to academy salons...always get what i want done and this time my stylist Kelly was able to fit an extra request for my hair...all within her allocated time... shes a superstar!! And so is Meryl and Tallah for helping her out. Thankyou!

Had a wonderful cut as usual by meryl very nice atmosphere in salon always offered cup of tea as well will continue to come in for cuts but find the colouring quite expensive to have done.

Walking past the salon this morning, new to cobham, wandered in on the off chance they had a space over the next few days to get my nails in shop shape for 2016... Spoke to 3 people on arrival, all super. Just by chance, they had a cancellation. Waited only 10 mins then I was in the chair in no time. Nails look lovely, feel ready for the new year. Friendly staff who will bend over backwards. Thank you for squeezing me in and I'll definitely be back soon.

I booked my appointment with Kelly few weeks ago as I think she's great and I've been her customer since Hersham.
All was fine till the moment of paying when I'm informed Kelly has been promoted, she deserves it, and the price has gone up from £20 to £60.
I'm hurt they were so sneaky they waited until paying to let me know, as, as the treatment was finished, could not refuse.
I don't like this kind of disregard for the customer and I don't think I'll ever be back.
I have voiced my views on social media.

Was looking forward to 3 hrs of pampering pre Xmas. Having been greeted by my hair techinian she asked whether I had had the skin test. I said 'no', the receptionist had said she would call me back if I had needed to do a test, my answer was met with immense disapproval. I was made to feel like I had done something truly wrong. I said I didn't mind signing a disclaimer after all I have had my hair hi lighted for 18 years. This suggestion was met again with severe diapproval and I was told the toner could kill me and my hair stylist couldn't have this on her conscious. I understand it's salon policy and Holly was just doing her job. But the way it was dealt with was made to feel like my fault, a £20 off voucher was little compensation for how rubbish I felt sitting there like a naughty school child. Would recommend some customer service training on how to overcome objections or deal with difficult situations. My hair incidentally looks great...! Regards, Lucy
