Great hairdressing experience on Saturday 13/10/16. Kelly was very attentive and helpful. She really listened to what I had to say and had very helpful suggestions on how to make my ideas work. I was extremely happy with the results of my highlights and restyle. Have already booked another appointment.

Just had highlights with Sade. She is a very talented lady and never dissapoints me. I always walk away feeling like I've been given exactly what I asked for! She's wonderful and I'd never go anywhere else.

Had a brilliant haircut by Lorraine. She gave good advice and took her time. I'm still really pleased 2 days later as the cut was great.

Amazing hair cut by Maryl! She knew exactly what we wanted! Very friendly and efficient staff!

Betta made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable as soon as I sat down, making sure I had a drink bad magazines to read whilst she did my pedicure.
She had such a great attention to detail and now my nails look amazing and my feet feel soft and silky! The whole experience was relaxing and made me feel special - complete value for money. Thank you!

Lovely relaxing time having my hair coloured by Hannah today. Also managed to squeeze in a spur of the moment manicure by Bette. I felt so much better on leaving the premises than I did entering it! I even got a complement from someone on my way home.

A great experience had at the academy today. It was my first visit. Staff were both friendly and professional.

I have been living in Cobham for three years and have been a client of Academy for that time. While I may not be able to pamper myself as often as I would like each time I have an appointment with Leeanne it's always great. She has a lovely calm manner and I always leave feeling very refreshed, relaxed and revived. Thanks Leanne and team!

I had a gel pedicure and leg wax with your new beauty therapist Beata yesterday. Just wanted to let you know she did a really great job. Very thorough, and great job. She also squeezed me in for an unscheduled leg wax although this took her right to the end of her day at 6pm, so happy to accommodate me and a brilliant waxing technique. As a new member of your already excellent beauty team just thought idtake the time to let you know I think you've got a great girl there!

Really nice last-minute pedicure.
Salon was busy but still nice and relaxed. Staff are very friendly but will also leave you to read if you want! Feet are smooth and perfectly polished!

I have my hair coloured with Caroline and cut by Salv. They are both perfectionists and always do a fantastic job. The salon is lovely always so clean and everyone there so friendly and helpful. It's such a treat having my hair done every 8 weeks, I always look forward to my visit to Academy!

I've been to your cobham salon a number of times now - great service, lovely competent team BUT your chairs - unbelievably uncomfortable and each time I leave with a really painful lower back. The hair washing and hair cutting chairs - both cheap.

Thought you should know.

Walked by and booked on spec. No regrets - thrilled with cut - wanted to be daring having stuck with long hair for a long time and was really pleased with advice and guidance given. will be back.

Iv just been to academy Cobham, hannah was my stylist. I went in looking awful bad roots, dead ends...iv come out feeling and looking amazing. It's amazing how a really good stylist can make you feel like a whole new person....thank you hannah
