Extremely happy with my hair. I took in Ma picture & it looks even better! Friendly staff & atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

I have been visiting the Academy's Beauty Salon for eight years now, including nails and general beauty treatments. I love my time there, each visit is relaxing, fun and with the loveliest ladies working there. They are friendly, professional, and excellent at their work -I visit Holly & Carolyn each time, love them to bits and they do a brilliant job. Have also visited the hair salon a couple of times, and always been very pleased with my hair. I would highly recommend The Academy, friendly, professional, always run to time and Tracey on Reception makes booking appointments quick and easy, and is so friendly. Keep it up, guys!

I had my hair cut by Lisa. She was amazing! I didn't really know what I wanted but she have me some great advice and I left the salon thrilled with my new hair cut!

everyone was welcoming when I first arrived, but when I booked my appointment there seemed to be a bit of confusion with what I actually wanted done, but they shifted a few things around and I was able to have everything done apart from my feet!
Mhair stylist was really lovely and did an amazing job cutting my hair. I really like it. I think I have gone slightly blonder then what I wanted, but the colour is still lovely.
Angelica did my nails. It was my first time having them done and she did a very good job. I will definitely have them done again.

I had a cut and blow dry yesterday and when I showed the stylist the picture I liked of a style I was told that it would look a bit odd! Fine but then absolutely no advice on what I maybe could have done instead so I recieved a shorted version of what I already had then when it came to the blow dry I would have liked it big and bouncy instead I was told that she had to do it straight to check the cut again fine check the cut but perhaps curl it or something after!! Instead I left with a flat slightly bent at the ends blow dry with a bit of serum run through. I booked the appointment on the day so it's not as if the stylist was run off of her feet that day!! All of this for £63 which I would have happily paid had I left feeling like my hair felt lovely and had the Salon touch to it, I could have blow dried better myself, no effort whatsoever! I left feeling deflated!

I went to Academy with my hair in a disastarous mess! I told them what I wanted and they gave me that and more! I came out a very happy lady, my hair looking fabulous. I will be going back again and again! recomend Merly at the Cobham branch! She was great! Thank you Academy for such a great experience! X

I have been going to academy for at least 5 years and I have to say that today I was totally taken advantage of.
I have a 1 year old and 3 year old and they needed a tidy up.
Most of the staff were free as they were chatting on reception and they gave me Sophie to do their hair.
She was in an awful mood and didn't interact with the children. My three year old was chatting away to her and she wasn't at all interested and just kept telling him to keep still.
They both did amazingly and sat there but she was painful and didn't have any common sense when it comes to children.
When I asked to pay (I was in the hairdressers less than 30 mins), I was charged £30! I asked why and was told that Sophie charges £15 a child! Crazy! I will not be returning! Normally I don't spend anywhere near that amount. I wouldn't mind, but my 3 year old has wonky sideburns!
It's a shame because now they have lost 4 customers. Myself, my husband and my two boys. Greed isn't good for business!

Had a lovely cut by Maurizo, I have been coming to him for a while now and am always happy...he is a very kind and caring man and a brilliant hairdresser. The rest of the staff are always friendly and caring too.

Just had a wonderful pedicure and lovely sparsely nail varnish. Don't forget to wear flip flops.

I felt my experience at cobham academy salon was amazing and my hair looks so much better now!! I love the natural tones in my hair and the fact I have tones in my hair!! Only downside is at the hersham branch I get a head massage when my hair is washed... but sometimes they r a bit lengthy so I didn't miss it that much. Overrall great experience! !

My 11 year old had a great experience with Sophie! She made her feel so special and so pretty! She really takes the time to talk to young girls and make them feel important, which makes all the difference! Thank you!!! :)

I've been having my hair cut by John for years and when he moved to Cobham I gladly drove the few miles to see him. The salon is always clean and welcoming and the staff are lovely. I'd recommend this salon to anyone.

Academy cobham was the usual welcoming place. Very happy with result.

Great cut, new colour, and blow dry by Caroline. Great front of house service as always. They also fitted me in for an eye lash tint with the lovely Holly. Always good service.

Was a brillant service and hannah g managed to dye my haor even in the short time I gave her and it looked awesome as I left and also got some lovely shampoo and conditioner to keep my hair in tact... fingers crossed!!
