I’ve been to Ora a few times now and always received outstanding service, super friendly team and Chloe has always done a brilliant job and understood what I wanted. Love Ora and will definitely be going back again!

My sister recommended Casey to me and she was fantastic… nothing was too much, she is an experienced excellent stylist who listened and took me seriously and explained what she was doing throughout the cut. Brilluant stylist and will definitely be back in the future.

I have started chemo treatment , it is important that I could have the services without having problems with the products. Sophia acted with empathty. Took me through the options and tested my hair 48hours before. The products were natural and I had a lovely colour and haircut.Really pleased.

Third time having my hair done here and staff are really welcoming and chatty Leah really makes me feel comfortable and confident with getting my hair done by her Charlotte also washed and blow dryed my hair and she was really kind and also made me feel really comfortable and had a lovely chat x

Chloe is an absolute star! She cut my baby’s hair and was so patient and kind. He was very wriggly and excited, and she still managed to create a perfect haircut. His hair looks beautiful and so much smarter. Thank you!

This is the second time I have had my hair done by Chloe at Ora, I am always nervous about having my hair done by Chloe spoke to me about exactly what I wanted and cut my hair accordingly. She did a lovely cut . Chloe is also a lovely girl too. Overall it’s a really nice experience to have your hair done at Ira. I highly recommend Chloe .

I took my 5yo daughter for a hair cut and Casey was absolutely brilliant. Feedback was that she wants to go to the salon every day so I guess she was happy :)

As per usual Casey listens to my hair needs, assesses the hair and scalp. Advises accordingly and always with her beaming smile. Case is very good at hair cutting. Always very satisfied when leaving the salon

Leah blow dried my hair Christmas Eve and I have to say what an amazing job she did! The attention to detail and the patience that she showed with my long and very curly hair was great. She took such time to genuinely blow dry each strand with such passion it showed how much she loves her job. My children also had a blow dry done by 2 assistants named Charlotte and Ella who you would never know were assistants. Having the assistants for my children was really good value and half the cost so I would really recommend this for a treat for a daughters Birthday. They also took such care and interest in what my children wanted to achieve. I love this Salon, I use it every Christmas Eve for my children's Birthday blow dry and they really do make you feel special. I also brought a wet brush for my daughters hair which she has been raving about and it has helped get out all her knots so everyone needs one of these in their life! The hair washing experience is second to none and I could just come in to have my hair washed alone it was so good, the smells coming from those shampoos and Conditioners were enough to send me to sleep! So Thank you Thank you Thank you. I hope your salon continues to grow because the staff and the products you use compliment such a great looking salon! Lucy is always really attentive to my individual needs, spends a lot of time discussing options. Cut and colour, as always, are amazing which is why I always go back.

Although builders were outside making the most noise ever, as my first experience at Ora it was first class treatment from cappuccinos to massages. Highly recommend to anyone who normally goes to a bog standard salon.

Leah is a great hairdresser. I met her for the first time today and nothing was too much trouble. Leah coloured and cut my hair and I am very happy with it. She is a joy to be with and a great asset for Orahair. Xx

I had my highlights, cut and blow dry with Lucy for the first time. I have curly hair and Lucy really listened to me, finding out what I wanted. I am so pleased with the result. Lucy's personality is 'gorgeous' and I left the salon feeling thoroughly pampered.

Fantastic haircut and a relaxing visit.

My first visit to Ora Hair having searched for somewhere that used low tox/natural products. It was also recommend by a friend. From my patch test to my colour and cut I thought that the salon team from reception through to my stylist were professional, welcoming and kind. I was feeling depleted and in need of some self care and definately felt looked after and pampered once I left the salon. Leah listened to me, the hair wash by a colleague was exceptional and through and for a change I left a hair salon feeling really pleased with my experience, colour and cut. Can’t wait for next time. Thank you!

I get my hair done at Ora Hair in Banstead it’s always a great experience my hair always looks and feels amazing - love the products they use. The whole team are always warm, friendly and professional. Highly recommend this salon.

After a number of bad hair choices over the last two years I was left with broken, lifeless hair. I decided to book in with Casey for a restyle and I am so glad that I did. She is an amazing hairdresser, so natural at her job. I didn’t think it would be possible to walk out of there loving my hair but I did. She done such a great job that when I got home my daughter (aged 11) begged me to take her to Casey for a cut- I managed to book a last min appointment and she is also very happy and said she wants to go to Casey every time now.

Sophie is exceptional, and does the best head massage I’ve ever had! Fantastic service as always , lovely polite friendly staff and lovely facilities to spend a few hours in. The only thing that I would to improve slightly are the chairs as I find them a bit hard!

Casey is an absolute star. She listens to exactly what you would like, helps with options and makes you feel comfortable. I always leave feeling looked after and loving my haircut and colour.

Lucy listens and advises well and her colouring and cuts are always great. There is no higher praise than a recommendation and I have been recommending Lucy to a lot of friends!

I had a hair cut last week and sadly, it didn't go well. I bucked up the courage to contact Ora to let them know, I hate having to give negative feedback. Ora was so gracious. I had a second visit today. Hair done by the lovely Casey. Casey saw the problem and has rectified the style. Very happy with the cut and style. I was embarrassed but Casey and Tracy put me at ease.
I'm a very Happy customer, thank you for being gracious and making me feel at ease. See you in eight weeks. Truly thank you both

The stylist was lovely and really understood the concept of style that I wanted. She also gave some amazing tips and I'm very happy with the overall cut and experience - i'm all booked in for another appointment!

With every visit to Ora Hair the whole team make you feel special. Everyone is friendly, happy and the salon has a feel good atmosphere at all times. Their safety measures during the pandemic were to a high standard and they still continue to take all the right precautions. My stylist Chloe always makes me smile, feel good and her recommendations are always spot on. She is a fantastic stylist and I can’t recommend her and the salon enough. I always leave the salon with a wonderful hair cut and colour and feeling great.

I want to transition to gray hair and was looking for a salon near my area that specialised in revamping your hair. So made a telephone appointment for a consultation. Communication over the phone was great. Once I got to the appointment and explained what I was after I got a very honest answer: just let it grow gray! It's not good for their business but with my hair condition doing high/low lights, etc wouldn't be much good and might even take longer. Lucy was very patient explaining everything to me and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I look forward to my hair cut with her next weekend!!
