I rang in for a stand by appt and was greeted so well. friendly and informative consultation on arrival. I had a significant cut and blow dry and was really impressed with the stylists knowledge and advice she made me feel at ease and I was very happy with my hair. Will be back for a colour next time! Lovely products smell so natural and really nice salon vibes.

Had a lovely time today at Ora hair..Charlotte did a full head of hi-lites and a cut /blow dry. Charlotte did an amazing colour and cut..she is very friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her .

I am so happy with my cut. I have short curly hair which can be a challenge. The staff are really friendly and professional. They really spend time checking that the client gets the result they want. Products used very good too

Your service is always excellent, but ***** got it wrong this time and cut off too much in the front. Maybe not clearly communicated and I was not paying enough attention during the cut. But now being at home, I am very unhappy with it. Can't be helped and it will grow, but next cut will be somewhere else I am afraid. Now I have to live with it for the next few months....so, sorry not a glowing review.

After a long day at work, what better experience than a decaf latte, head massage and highlights. Casey is always friendly and professional and does a great job. It’s the little things that make this place special. The eco friendly, organic products to the jelly babies and massage chair at the hair wash. Would definitely recommend.

So pleased I found the lovely Sophie, she’s a real gem.
She’s so kind, attentive, listens to you , and is a fantastic stylist!!!

Super friendly staff in a lovely atmosphere salon. From the welcome at the door to the wonderful stylist and junior who washed my hair to the delicious mince pies and cup of tea. Couldn’t fault my visit. Extremely pleased with my hair and had loads of compliments already. Thank you so much. Xx

I haven’t been to a salon for quite some time due to a bad experience with my hair. A friend had been going to see Lucy at Ora hair and really recommended her. My friends hair always looked amazing after seeing her. So I decided I would be brave and go. I always get nervous before a hairdressing appointment because of the bad experience previously with a colour and cut.
Lucy instantly made me feel calm and able to express what I was trying to achieve with my hair. She took little steps as she knew I was nervous and I began to trusted her completely. My hair looked so much better, healthier, thicker and shiner. I now can’t wait to see her in 8 weeks and my worries are completely gone!

I’m really not happy I was talked into having low lights to merge my roots I was my original colour would still show my hair is now brown.

Been having my hair done by Casey for a while now and she always does an amazing job! She is so lovely and puts so much care and thought into all of the work she does. I am in love with the green in my hair and get so many compliments on it!
