I always enjoy coming to Ora for my hair cut and love having catch-ups/chats with the LOVELY Sophie. Xxxx

Had a relaxing time at Ora’s today having my hair highlighted. Sophie was fab, put me at my ease and knew exactly what I needed without me having to say too much……..which was great.
Sophie also impressed me immensely when she dealt with an unexpected vulnerable elderly client who came to have her hair done but on the wrong date. She was very welcoming and not at all fazed by the having to cut this ladies hair without any notice. She was kind and compassionate, talking to the lady all the time, explaining what she was doing and chatting to her generally making her feel, I expect, safe and reassured.
All the staff at Ora make you feel welcome when you visit and are all very friendly and helpful!!

I've not been to a salon for decades because having naturally curly hair makes it hard to find someone who really knows how to cut it dry without making you look like Shirley Temple! I have been cutting it myself but found it hard to get a good shape at the back. Millie listened to me and was really cautious about the cut which was great as it allowed me to confirm that I was happy at each step. I'm happy with the shape as the layers helped my curl bounce up at the back without having that typical triangle shape that all us curly girls know about and try to avoid! I didn't want it washed or styled as I do it all my own way.

Casey always does a great job of cutting and blow drying my hair. Salon is very clean and the products are lovely. I have recommended this salon to my daughter who was also very pleased with her cut. We will both be returning. Thanks

As always, I had a lovely experience as soon as I stepped inside. This time, Sophie cut my hair and she took the time to discuss my style needs and then carried out a great wash, cut and wonderful blow dry. She was courteous, fun and engaging and I left feeling a million dollars ? thank you xxx

Repeat visits to Millie for a cut & finish and then to have highlights & a blow dry. I have curly hair and Millie provided a fantastic service also giving useful advice on how to get the best result myself at home. All other staff I had contact with were also very friendly and attentive, continuing to follow COVID-19 precautions which I found most reassuring.

Great experience and service. I had a blow dry and explained that my hair is naturally thick and wanted a natural and bouncy hairstyle accentuating my curls.
The shampoo and head massage was wonderful and the results of my blow dry is amazing! Love the results! Casey was so friendly and professional. She gave me the perfect blow dry. Thank you Casey and thank you Ora.
Also, thank you for my numerous cups of cappuccino and fresh orange juice.

Millie cut my daughter’s hair this evening - she took lots of time to check what my daughter wanted and talked her through everything in detail. She suggested ways to look after her hair, products that would help and showed her how best to dry it. Millie was absolutely lovely and my 16 year old daughter was really delighted with her haircut.

I was thoroughly pampered even had 2 head massages. I was delighted about my high lights and cut. Thoroughly recommend this salon

Millie was excellent, changed my hair from dark to honey blond, trying to make it less high maintenance as I'm very very grey.
First visit, I found it quite expensive but the oway colour was amazing and Millie was patient, kind and listened.
I'm a little disappointed that there are a few patches missed by my temples, which is visible if hair up and at the back.
I really do not wish to criticise as it was an epic task Millie had and overall the outcome is great. It is just a shame I have some patches which are grey and noticeable to me.

The salon fitted me in at short notice & Millie blow dried my hair just the way I like it.
