Ora Hair

After a consultation, I was really excited to book in with this sustainable, modern hairdressers but unfortunately I did not get what I asked for. I showed a picture of a blonde highlighted style and left with a muddy look with a grey highlight for £205, which wasn’t what I was quoted. I was offered to rebook but I wasn’t confident they could deliver what I was after.

Had such a great experience, the stylist was so lovely, talked through my restyle and did it bit by bit so I was comfortable. I’ll be booking in again just because of her, and the amazing cut she gave me.

Lucy as always was bright and cheerful when I arrived. We talked over what to do in terms of cut, Lucy checked my hair and before I knew it I was walking about with amazing hair.
Lucy is fabulous, highly talented and always great fun while having your hair done.

Every visit to Ora Hair in Banstead is like being treated to a 5 star pampering.
From the moment you walk in you are met with a warm and genuine welcome. All the team are lovely and talented, but for me Chloe is fantastic, she always makes me feel special and nothing is ever too much trouble. An amazing hair dresser and person. I can’t recommend Ora Hair enough.

Leah is great at listening to what you want and giving you a great colour and cut. I would highly recommend!

I hadn’t had my hair done in a salon for a long time, I am so happy with the end result a complete restyle and colour change, Leah is so friendly and easy to talk to and has done such an amazing job with my hair, I would 100% recommend her! Thank you again I will definitely be returning!

Really thoughtful taking her time to colour and correct my hair. However, I’m just really disappointed with how the colour is and upset I paid so much to end up not liking it.

I've seen both Chloe and Casey and both are super hairdressers. The salon is friendly and products so good and vegan which was reason I went. They use no foils for colour, but another recyclable paper product.
Easy to park behind the salon too..

Sorry only just getting around to doing this. I saw Casey 17th February and she cut my hair just now I wanted it and the colour is still looking nice today.

I had a discount voucher which helped the bill too, as I can't afford to come as much as I'd like.

Casey had quite a challenge on her hands with thinning grey hair and a sensitive senior but was so helpful , gentle and took so much time and trouble. Had a great pamper with head massage and felt like a star. The finished result was a transformation and confidence booster. Big thanks to Casey for your caring attitude and superb cutting and styling skills.

As someone with curly hair, and an anxiety disorder, the only person I've ever felt comfortable cutting my hair is Sophie. Of course, she does a beautiful job, but her manner and easy conversation makes a haircut a treat. As a breastfeeding mother, I felt at ease feeding my baby at any point in the appointment, and was given a front opening robe which made me feel confident attending to my daughter. Looking forward to my next visit!
