Your service is always excellent, but ***** got it wrong this time and cut off too much in the front. Maybe not clearly communicated and I was not paying enough attention during the cut. But now being at home, I am very unhappy with it. Can't be helped and it will grow, but next cut will be somewhere else I am afraid. Now I have to live with it for the next few months....so, sorry not a glowing review.

Excellent advice and brilliant hair cut

After a long day at work, what better experience than a decaf latte, head massage and highlights. Casey is always friendly and professional and does a great job. It’s the little things that make this place special. The eco friendly, organic products to the jelly babies and massage chair at the hair wash. Would definitely recommend.

So pleased I found the lovely Sophie, she’s a real gem.
She’s so kind, attentive, listens to you , and is a fantastic stylist!!!

Super friendly staff in a lovely atmosphere salon. From the welcome at the door to the wonderful stylist and junior who washed my hair to the delicious mince pies and cup of tea. Couldn’t fault my visit. Extremely pleased with my hair and had loads of compliments already. Thank you so much. Xx

I haven’t been to a salon for quite some time due to a bad experience with my hair. A friend had been going to see Lucy at Ora hair and really recommended her. My friends hair always looked amazing after seeing her. So I decided I would be brave and go. I always get nervous before a hairdressing appointment because of the bad experience previously with a colour and cut.
Lucy instantly made me feel calm and able to express what I was trying to achieve with my hair. She took little steps as she knew I was nervous and I began to trusted her completely. My hair looked so much better, healthier, thicker and shiner. I now can’t wait to see her in 8 weeks and my worries are completely gone!

I’m really not happy I was talked into having low lights to merge my roots I was my original colour would still show my hair is now brown.

Been having my hair done by Casey for a while now and she always does an amazing job! She is so lovely and puts so much care and thought into all of the work she does. I am in love with the green in my hair and get so many compliments on it!

Before I was asked about how much will charge to just wash my hair, the girl ask to another colleague and came back to me and told me they have to have quick drying after wash and , and they charge me 10 pound ,I was agree and they do it, wash and like they said express hair dry ,finish and I would like to pay the lady told me is 18 pound I was very surprised i told her that was not the price they told me the begin is very embarrassing for me that situation she said is her colleagues mistake but for this time the charge me 10 pound that was very bad situation for me please make sure before what you have to charge and don't do that for the client the girl how attend me was lovely .

I was really anxious about having my hair coloured as I had a bad experience in the past at another salon. What I really like about Ora hair is that they spend as much time as you need speaking to you about what you want and going through options and pictures. I am so happy with my balayage and highly recommend Casey.

Chloe was absolutely amazing with my son who’s only 4. I was sceptical as this was his first time at a salon and he’s usually very unpredictable. Chloe was fantastic with him, she entertained him throughout, explained to both of us what she was going to do, we were both offered refreshments and just had a genuinely lovely experience. I later called that same day as I felt my son needed a little bit more off of his curls and Chloe was great and invited us back the next morning. His haircut is beautiful and he loved his salon experience. Will defo be back again! Thank you Chloe! X

Ella has done my hair colour a couple of times now. She is a conscientious and talented colourist. My hair involved partial highlights, where colour was then added; as well as the environmentally friendly version of foils to add depth of colour to shades of red.
As a trainee Ella has always given one of the best head massages when washing my hair. Now having experienced a mermaid blow dry and finish after one of my full head colours, I can say I felt like mermaid royalty leaving Ora Hair!

Lovely attentive stylist, talked through my restyle and I am very happy with the result.

What a lovely experience I had with Sophie and her team, so friendly and I love the sustainability approach. I love my haircolour and I love my haircut, excellent consultation before cutting my hair. I really can recommend this little gem in Bansted.
