I am really sorry to hear this. I understand you have not called the salon to explain, as we would be very happy to discuss this with you. Having spoken to the relevant stylist I am informed that you usually colour your hair yourself and was not happy with the result, your goal was to tone the ends down to blend your roots and it was discussed that it will feel darker to begin with. However if you are not feeling happy with the result we are very happy to take a look and rectify this for you, inline with our 7 day guarantee policy. Before I was asked about how much will charge to just wash my hair, the girl ask to another colleague and came back to me and told me they have to have quick drying after wash and , and they charge me 10 pound ,I was agree and they do it, wash and like they said express hair dry ,finish and I would like to pay the lady told me is 18 pound I was very surprised i told her that was not the price they told me the begin is very embarrassing for me that situation she said is her colleagues mistake but for this time the charge me 10 pound that was very bad situation for me please make sure before what you have to charge and don't do that for the client the girl how attend me was lovely .
I was really anxious about having my hair coloured as I had a bad experience in the past at another salon. What I really like about Ora hair is that they spend as much time as you need speaking to you about what you want and going through options and pictures. I am so happy with my balayage and highly recommend Casey.

Chloe was absolutely amazing with my son who’s only 4. I was sceptical as this was his first time at a salon and he’s usually very unpredictable. Chloe was fantastic with him, she entertained him throughout, explained to both of us what she was going to do, we were both offered refreshments and just had a genuinely lovely experience. I later called that same day as I felt my son needed a little bit more off of his curls and Chloe was great and invited us back the next morning. His haircut is beautiful and he loved his salon experience. Will defo be back again! Thank you Chloe! X

Ella has done my hair colour a couple of times now. She is a conscientious and talented colourist. My hair involved partial highlights, where colour was then added; as well as the environmentally friendly version of foils to add depth of colour to shades of red.
As a trainee Ella has always given one of the best head massages when washing my hair. Now having experienced a mermaid blow dry and finish after one of my full head colours, I can say I felt like mermaid royalty leaving Ora Hair!

After a consultation, I was really excited to book in with this sustainable, modern hairdressers but unfortunately I did not get what I asked for. I showed a picture of a blonde highlighted style and left with a muddy look with a grey highlight for £205, which wasn’t what I was quoted. I was offered to rebook but I wasn’t confident they could deliver what I was after.

Unfortunately we have tried on numerous occasions to invite you back to the salon, so that we could see what you were unhappy with. As documented in our complaints policy on our website. We would need a client to return to the salon within 7 days, so that we can see your hair and to rectify, if for any reason they are not happy. We would be unable to rectify any complaint via email, especially as you said on many occasions that you were not receiving them. Dear Dawn I am really sorry to hear you were not happy with cost of your last service. Obviously due to increase in the cost of living for a business to survive we do unfortunately have to pass the cost on. Lucy is also one of our most senior busy stylists which is reflected in her costs. We do however offer a cheaper service with a lower level of stylist, who are also experienced but are still building their clientele. I understand you were contacted immediately after your service and this was all explained. I am very sorry to see you felt the need to leave Lucy a very Low review as this does reflect on them personally.

Really thoughtful taking her time to colour and correct my hair. However, I’m just really disappointed with how the colour is and upset I paid so much to end up not liking it.

I understand that your colour was not exactly the same as the image you showed us, however the stylist did explain at your consultation we may not achieve the exact result.
