I have been looking for nearly four years for a hairdresser to understand my hair and me. My previous hairdresser passed away and I have been looking for an equal since. I totally rely on an excellent cut as I am only rough dry my hair.
The day I walked into Ora my dreams came true. The staff are so friendly and professional and I’ve never had a massage whilst my hair is washed! The extra touches make the whole experience . Add Sophie to the mix, heaven.

I had Lucy, Sophie and Jamie as my stylists! Couldn’t have asked for a better job. I went in twice to have my hair samples taken to ensure that my hair wouldn’t be ruined when they planned to colour it from dark red to a neutral blonde. They were all so helpful and I could tell they really cared about the end result! Will definitely be returning.

Jamie listened and advised very well as Izzy’s hair was in desperate need of a cut due to dead ends.
He took time with precision to cut Izzy’s hair to perfection leaving her with a new more modern look and very healthy looking hair .

Millie listens to what you want and cuts your hair the way you want it, not like other hairdressers I've been to where they cut your hair the way they want to. I'm always made to feel comfortable and welcomed by all of the staff, and leave feeling fabulous and relaxed, just how it should be ????

As always the team were friendly and welcoming. The cut is nice however I was dissapointed with the colour, which came out dull and not the lift of colour or coverage I usually get. I know the salon is using a new product so maybe the colour didn't match up with previous mixes. I noticed there was significantly less foils used than normal, not sure if this has any bearing on the outcome? When my hair is tied up it's hard to tell it's been coloured.

All the staff are lovely and no matter how busy, they still don't make me feel rushed. For me, being pampered is a lovely feeling and Lucy certainly makes me feel I have been. Lovely cut and blow dry, nice conversation with refreshments always being a nice touch. Definitely a nice experience. Thanks Lucy. Loving my new fringe!!!

A warm friendly welcome from Lucy, Sophie and Millie. They feel like friends ???? As always a chat before hand to find out what i was after - a big colour day, lightening my roots (those not naturally lightened by life ☺!!) and then on to the colour itself; purple and pink to be as bright as possible as i run in The Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday. It's a bit of a lengthy process but never dull. Lucy looks after you, making sure you're ok and refreshments are readily available. My hair looks amazing; a real boost and the colour makes people i meet smile too. Finally the cut, well executed and now my hair looks fab, fab, fab. Lucy is a star ????????????????????

Very impressed with the professional manner and helpfulness of the staff. Lucy did an excellent job of applying the nano keratin treatment. Sophie cut my sons hair after a disastrous trip to the barber and he now looks great.
