Millie was extremely welcoming, she really listened to my requests and I am really happy with my hair cut and bendy blow dry. This is my first visit and I will most certainly be back for a full head of highlights now that she has tested me for skin allergies.

Today I had the most relaxing experience in Ora salon. The salon is beautiful and the treatment fantastic. I felt that Lucy's knowledge and care was the best I have ever recieved in a hair salon.
Was definitely a 1st and I have had my hair done in well known hair dressers.
I love my cut and had a treatment that has left my hair in soft condition.

Whilst Millie is a fab stylist I am concerned over the huge jump in cost each time I book with no explanation. In May I paid £131 today I paid £170 didn't have a blow dry as I was pushed for time. How can it have increased by £40? If prices are to be increased customers should be told beforehand.

Lucy was very good, she Explained everything she was doing along with the products she was using, also giving me tips on how to do my hair myself.

Sophie couldn't have been more thoughtful and caring that I was clear about what she was going to do and that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit to the salon. She is a real professional and my hair always looks really great and so natural ( the way I like it) once she's worked her magic.

I am delighted with my hair cut and colour today. All staff very friendly and professional. Thanks so much to Lucy for her patience as it was a necessarily long appointment. Love the ethos, recycled towels etc and organic products. First time going into a salon and not smelling chemicals. My hair feels soft and nourished and I am looking forward to my next service.

I don’t often enjoy getting my hair cut but Sophie and all the staff at Ora hair made the experience a really relaxing and enjoyable one. Sophie was more than happy to discuss options for the cut and was the perfect balance of chatty, while also leaving me to relax and read a magazine at times as well. I couldn’t be happier with my haircut and will definitely come back again.

Absolutely lovely staff and fabulous service. I've been going to them regularly for years now and I always leave feeling relaxed, pampered and really pleased with my hair. Highly recommended.

I have had a cut and colour with Lucy and am very pleased with both. The salon is lovely clean bright and airy and everyone is very friendly.
I absolutely LOVE the natural organic environmentally friendly products and applaud Ora for taking the time to research this much better for customers, staff and the environment. Other little touches are lovely it feels like giving customers a nice experience has really been thought through I was very impressed.

Millie always gets it right!! I’ve never been disappointed and appreciate the time and care taken on the cut and style.

Millie cut my hair and Sophie coloured it. I have to say it’s the best cut and colour I’ve had in years! (Previously a Rush customer but moved house so tried a local salon) The staff are very friendly and they really listen to what you want and offer advice so you can achieve that. I have dried my bob for the first time tonight and it just fell into place with no effort from me at all! The colour is amazing too. I have had abob for years so not a new style for me but the easiest by far to blow dry. As they say, it’s all in the cut. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend this salon!

Really enjoyed my experience at Ora, the girls are all so lovely and can’t do enough for you. I have a problem with a sensitive scalp and substantial greys now which prove to be a challenge. Sophie who did my highlights yesterday was amazing, did a fantastic job of blending through the colour. Look forward to my next visit.

This is now my 4th visit to see Sophie. I can honestly say that I feel so relaxed sitting in her chair, always a challenge for a hairdresser scrutinising another artists work. I just don’t need to with Sophie, she is talented, she is thoughtful and caring and a master at what she does. Thank you again for another amazing cut xx

Millie was friendly, fun and welcoming, listened to what I wanted, understood the challenges of curly hair and gave me a great haircut that I’m really happy with. The head massage was an extra bonus. Highly recommend!!

I cannot express how much I love my hair everytime i visit Ora. Sophie does an amazing job and takes her time which makes you feel so relaxed. I would highly recommend to anyone! 5 hours work is always worth it
