Excellent service. Listened to what I wanted from the hair cut to suit my hair. Asked for a head and shoulder massage too which was given though could be longer, but still great. Very happy with the result and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

First time in years that I have had my hair professionally coloured and I’m very pleased with the result. Lucy listened to what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for. The products used were also different - no nasty ammonia and my hair is lovely and soft. Overall, I am a happy customer.

I have struggled to find a good hairdressser to cut my short curly hair.I felt valued and Millie explained what suited my hair listened to my requests and cut my hair perfectly even got a head massage and shoulder massage .Perfect

Such an enjoyable pleasant experience which isn’t always the way in hair salons. Staff so attentive and caring knowledgeable and professional. Really look after client spoilt with jelly beans, coffee and treats and looked after 100 percent plus a very nice hair do too! Highly recommend.

Toot a gamble and agreed to be a model. Like that the salon is using paper not foil doing it’s bit to deal with the industry wastage. We discussed my cookout needs and the finished colour was amazing looked so natural. We had a great chat and love the wash basins have massage and foot rest features
Unfortunately my hair was cut way too short. We discussed with the managers input that it would be a big cut but that the hair would rest and flick out on my shoulders. I ended up with a chin length bob. Looks nice but wasn’t what I asked for.

First time I had been to Ora and was pleased with the haircut. The hairdresser was very pleasant and took time at the start of the appointment to find out the sort of cut I wanted which she was faithful to. She used some really good products too.

From the first minute of stepping in we were made to feel really welcome. The service from everybody was excellent. The shampoo and hair mask was so restful. We were both incredibly happy with our cuts, and particularly with the personalised advice about how to maintain them. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service and hair cut/colour. Chloe completely understood what I wanted and went with it. I know I'm not the usual client wanting silver/blue hair with an undercut. But she got what I was talking about and did a fantastic job.

Amazing! Made my 3 year old daughter feel at ease and super occupied while having her hair cut and blow dried, she felt like a big girl, staff were friendly and attentive!

Amazing experience at Ora in terms of hair advice, hair cut and the most relaxing hair wash and scalp massage. Also the fact the saloon is leading the way in sustainability is an added reason to choose ORA.

Absolutely love by hair! Lucy took the time to really listen to what I wanted and discuss what would work with my hair. She explained what she was doing the whole time and showed me how to style my hair at home.
All the staff were friendly and for the first time I felt fully relaxed in this lovely salon- I’m usually really nervous about having my hair done but I would definitely come here again!

On the spur of the moment I managed to get a standby appointment this afternoon at Ora for a cut & blowdry with the wonderful Millie.
As always it's been an amazing experience from start to finish, this being my fifth visit since Ora opened. I walked out today looking, (and feeling) ten years younger. A relaxed vibe from the whole team who are friendly & genuine and totally professional. Millie totally got what I was hoping for and I am so pleased with my new look that I've booked to go back for a colour in a couple of weeks.
