The service I received was wonderful, Millie went out of her way to make sure that I was happy with my hair, the staff were polite and very helpful, I’ve only been to Ora once before but I will be coming back time and again! Well done to all of you, but especially Millie, clever girl!

She takes the time to understand exactly what you want, and goes out of her way to make sure you get exactly that, and that you are happy with the result.. although you will never be disappointed! I’ve been going here for about 7/8 months and it’s the best salon I’ve been to in years. They give you a proper consultation before every service they provide and customer service is always incredible. The stylists are all very friendly and the knowledge of the hair products they provide are extensive. They have a lot of great deals and great advice suited for each individual. Would highly recommend.

Jasmine is a star! She spent time and effort in helping me to achieve my perfect colour. Lisa usually cuts my hair but was unable to today so I booked Jasmine. I was not disappointed she did a fantastic job! Thank you so much Ora hair. I would definitely recommend. Since using Ora my hair has never felt better.

Lisa and her team are fabulous stylists. They always give perfection and if something isn’t right (which is very rare) they are always so obliging to make it right! Wonderful salon my hair has never been in such great condition since I have been visiting. I would highly recommend Ora.

Sometimes we can rely too much on our “go to” hairdresser that we fall into a predictable comfort zone. This restricts our hairs creative and full potential.

As always just had a very fabulous haircut cut and blow dry. What makes it so special you may wonder? ... When i arrived, i was greeted by a warm friendly smile and it doesn't matter who you see , every one is friendly and most of the girls know my name too ☺
Once I'd got comfortable Lisa came over to discuss my hair and what I wanted done. She listens, makes suggestions and ensures she knows exactly what I'd like. After that you have your hair washed. I love the chairs, being short, having my hair washed has always been a trauma as my feet don't quite touch the ground but not here; the foot rest comes up and you get a little back massage - bliss ☺
Lisa worked her magic with her scissors and then blow dried it. Now it looks modern, funky and fun. I know from experience that the cut will be good enough to allow my hair to dry naturally sometimes and will look good for weeks.

Visited Ora hair today for a Oway Scalp massage treatment by Chailegh- what a wonderful experience. My scalp felt refreshed from the treatment and my hair feels amazing. It was followed by a blow dry from Lucie who did a great job and added some lovely curls to my hair. I left Ora hair feeling amazing. A wonderful salon what more can I say.

I have this done religiously every 6 weeks now and always come out of Ora feeling a new women. The customer care is fab and the organic hair products the way forward. Keep up your great work ladies xx

Worth for what you are paying. Will never have a second thought about this place. I will be there happy and permanent customer.

After being a loyal client to ora hair for many years you can understand my shock when I get told they don't do wet cuts anymore for my short hair that takes seconds to dry
The salon owner is yet to ring me back regarding this
This salon used to be a family friendly salon with a warm welcome from staff you recognised!
This salon is not that anymore!
Now you feel pressured to buy products
And get charged £54 for a wet cut
Which I do not feel is worth the money for a 20 min haircut and rushed shampoo
The atmosphere is no longer there

Shame ora hair can't appreciate their loyal clients
I will not be returning

A brilliant salon with superior stylists who know how to colour and cut. The service and atmosphere is better than any other salon. Well done to Lisa and her team for high performance and excellence. I love going to ORA!
