Charlie Brown Hair Banstead

It's been quite some time since I was able to get my hair done and I was of course delighted when Charlie Brown contacted me to offer an appointment! With Amber, my usual stylist, as well. What could be better? And I wasn't disappointed - my slightly (alright, very!) wayward hair cut perfectly and blow dried under fabulous control as I never quite seem to master (must continue to work on it!). Thanks again Amber and Charlie Brown - what on earth would I do without you?1

What a great way to come out of lockdown. Fab set up, friendly helpful staff and really great cut and style - so happy.

After not being able to have a cut for over 4 months, it was wonderful to be back in the salon and being ‘sorted out’. All ducks arses gone and now feeling fresh and clean!

I came in for a cut and finish and it was very quick and turned out beautifully, i will definitely be going again. i had Abi as my stylist and she was kind and did a amazing job

A long wait to get back to Charlie Browns but Amy was as brilliant as ever.

Good experience at CB Banstead as always. Jennie is a great stylist and I always leave feeling very happy with my haircut.
The salon is extremely covid safe, which is important to me with health issues - the measures they have in place make sure all of their clients are treated in a safe, secure environment. The partitions are smart and being see through means you do not feel enclosed - each area is sanitised after each client - they have really gone the extra mile to keep their clients safe, which I greatly appreciate. Thanks to everyone at CB Banstead.

Holly cut my daughters hair today and it looks lovely. As always, Holly is very friendly and professional. She always discusses what she wants before and gives her advice too. Holly is a real asset to Charlie Browns and my daughter wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. Really happy with the cut and she styled it beautifully too. The salon looks lovely and they have really made an effort to put additional measures in place to keep everyone safe.

Amber has trimmed my hair by the perfect amount & blow dried it so well it is almost unchanged after being slept on!

I just called at the salon on the off chance for a fringe trim and was delighted to be able to wait a very short time for this. The receptionist was excellent and the hairdresser excellent also.
Apologies I wasn’t entirely sure of the hairdressers name. But all in all a short time there but very very good. Many thanks.

Great service start to finish. I’m an ex hairdresser/ hairdressing teacher so I have high standards and have often found other salons just don’t measure up. But Louise has been highlighting, cutting and styling my hair for 3 years now and I’ve always been over the moon with her work.

I always look forward to my hair appointments at Charlie Brown in Banstead and have been going to this salon for many years. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.
Felt totally safe today in the salon with all the necessary COVID procedures in place.

i can’t recommend holly enough! She knows exactly what I’m looking for with my hair. She provides such a great experience and puts me at so much ease. Holly really takes time to check what I’m looking for and ensures I’m comfortable. The salon was super clean and completely set up with the correct Covid guidelines. I felt super comfortable in the store today! They are all doing such a great job in such challenging times. I don’t think I’ll ever let someone else do my hair again!

I had the best experience this evening with Lucy at the Banstead Salon. I have been nervous about going to get my hair cut since Covid-19 but the salon was so clean and socially distanced, I felt so safe! Lucy was amazing, so friendly, welcoming, spent the time to go through the style I wanted and the cut and finish was a real transformation. I feel like a new woman. Cannot thank Lucy enough. Would highly recommend this Salon as all of the other workers were very friendly and welcoming also.

Had my first wash, cut and blowdry yesterday since covid started by the lovely bubbly Holly at charlie brown. Was a lovely experience and not doom and gloom of no talking and rushed out quickly. Was happy with their hygiene methods in place and saw them spraying down the chair when customers left. They have gown packs which are disposed off after use and also has a mask if you forget yours! Will definitely be back again. Keep up the fab work charlie brown. Xx
