As always, a real pleasure to visit CB yesterday for a haircut. The atmosphere was very relaxed and enjoyable. Jennie cut my hair - a great stylist whom I trust 100% with my hair. The finish was perfect - thank you Jennie.

Jennie was amazing. Hair was being cut to donate to a charity and Jennie was totally on board with measuring, cutting off a ponytail, handling the hair with care. And then cutting and styling to a beautiful finish to create a very sleek and shiny Bob.
The girls were all so encouraging. Very very positive visit. Thank you Jennie and team on Tuesday evening

Jennie listened carefully and gave my young teen daughter (with the most thick and wavy hair) the most fabulous cut! She left the salon with a big smile that I hadn’t seen in such a long time. Priceless!

Recently changed stylists after Amber left the salon and was a little worried as Amber had done my hair for several years. I needn’t have been concerned as Holly took the time to talk about what I wanted and I even felt confident to go for a new style. Really pleased with the result and very happy with my new stylist who was friendly, professional and easy to chat to.

Holly never fails to make me feel comfortable. I went in feeling a bit down however walked out with not only a lovely cut and finish but feeling a lot more cheerful. Holly's personal care and professionalism is amazing and she always makes me feel really pampered. Thanks Holly one of my Hero's

I have been going to this salon for years even when I didn't live in the area. I have always enjoyed the experience and today was no exception. A colour change with balyage and an olaplex treatment, so pleased with the result. Abi has also cut my Mum's hair a couple of times and she is also delighted. Good advice, friendly and welcoming. Both Abi and Savannah have done my hair recently and I’ve been very happy. Both of them made sure they did exactly what I wanted, gave me advice, and the hygiene was great. Everyone in the Banstead salon was wearing their mask correctly which is so important at the moment. Thank you!

Savannahs stepped in to cut and styled my hair and I am very pleased with the results. A very professional and relaxing experience throughout.

Holly has worked her magic yet again, we are in the process of transforming me from years of being a dark red/brown into a blonde.. Loving my new colour, Holly is always open and honest about the process and how long it might take to get to where I want to be. Totally happy to leave myself in her very capable hands! Not only is she incredibly knowledgable and brilliant at her job, she’s also lovely to talk to. I look forward to my visits! The whole team create a great atmosphere. Totally recommend.

Not worth the money. Shocked at the quality of the cut. Paid for a cut and finish yet I came out with wet hair from being told they were not going to dry it fully.

Amazing Experience! Holly was really lovely and my hair is now so much better and a much better feel! And is exactly how I expected. Holly also offered me guidance and advice on products and protection for my hair etc. And helped me to purchase some but didn't push anything on me at all and it was all my own choice.

Holly is extremely knowledgeable about colour, she made me feel relaxed and I trusted her as I was going out of my comfort zone a little. Result is beautiful, very happy and have booked my follow up appointment. Night recommend Charlie Brown Banstead and Holly.
