Jennie listened carefully and gave my young teen daughter (with the most thick and wavy hair) the most fabulous cut! She left the salon with a big smile that I hadn’t seen in such a long time. Priceless!

Recently changed stylists after Amber left the salon and was a little worried as Amber had done my hair for several years. I needn’t have been concerned as Holly took the time to talk about what I wanted and I even felt confident to go for a new style. Really pleased with the result and very happy with my new stylist who was friendly, professional and easy to chat to.

Holly never fails to make me feel comfortable. I went in feeling a bit down however walked out with not only a lovely cut and finish but feeling a lot more cheerful. Holly's personal care and professionalism is amazing and she always makes me feel really pampered. Thanks Holly one of my Hero's

I have been going to this salon for years even when I didn't live in the area. I have always enjoyed the experience and today was no exception. A colour change with balyage and an olaplex treatment, so pleased with the result. Abi has also cut my Mum's hair a couple of times and she is also delighted. Good advice, friendly and welcoming. Savannahs stepped in to cut and styled my hair and I am very pleased with the results. A very professional and relaxing experience throughout.

Holly has worked her magic yet again, we are in the process of transforming me from years of being a dark red/brown into a blonde.. Loving my new colour, Holly is always open and honest about the process and how long it might take to get to where I want to be. Totally happy to leave myself in her very capable hands! Not only is she incredibly knowledgable and brilliant at her job, she’s also lovely to talk to. I look forward to my visits! The whole team create a great atmosphere. Totally recommend.

Not worth the money. Shocked at the quality of the cut. Paid for a cut and finish yet I came out with wet hair from being told they were not going to dry it fully.

Amazing Experience! Holly was really lovely and my hair is now so much better and a much better feel! And is exactly how I expected. Holly also offered me guidance and advice on products and protection for my hair etc. And helped me to purchase some but didn't push anything on me at all and it was all my own choice.

Holly was very good listening to how I wanted my hair and checked with me several times whilst cutting it. It all seemed very easy for her and she was quick too which was nice.

New to the area so did some research as to what salon to use. So many to choose from but CB seemed to draw me in as they had great reviews. I booked myself in for a consultation initially, with one of their most senior stylists, which should have taken 15 mins at most, but I am extremely fussy and no idea what i wanted (I had not had my my hair done in well over a year). My consultation lasted around 40 -45 mins in the end and I had not only their senior stylist (Jennie), but also their senior colourist (Holly) and their boss (Lorraine). All were extremely professional and friendly. When I left I was happy with what we collectively decided in term of style & colour and was looking forward to getting it done.
APPOINTMENT DAY: I was looking forward to my appointment and wasn’t disappointed. The team work together really well which makes for a very pleasant, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Even the lady at the front desk pitches in if/when necessary and was equally pleasant. Loved the experience and more importantly the end result in terms of my hair style/colour. Have booked myself in for my next appointment in 6 weeks. Thanks CB

After 10 months of no colour, which left me with a block of root and brassy blonde ends I didn’t really know what to expect as an end result. I gave Holly an idea of some of the colours I liked and she was very helpful and knowledgeable of what would and would not work. We decided to go for a creamy / warmer blonde balayage, with a lighter front around my face and darker back with a natural finish. She was friendly, professional and gentle throughout. I am over the moon with the outcome and it’s all because of Holly and her amazing talent. Thank you Holly! I look forward to seeing you in 8 weeks time :)

Today, my daughter was looked after by Abi. (Her name isn't on the drop down list) but she was fantastic. Discussion before about what we wanted and my daughter's hair was cut beautifully, blended the fringe she is growing out and styled and curled fantastically. Absolutely top notch service, from a fabulous stylist. Very happy with our trip today and happy to see Abi again for her next appointment.
