I had such a nice experience at Charlie Brown. I was embarrassed at the state of my hair, and had lost a lot of confidence. Michaela was so kind and helpful, and gave me lots of advice about how to manage my hair, products that might help with the hair loss I have noticed and what kind of colour might work for me now that I’ve got more greys. My cut and blow dry was great, it definitely boosted my confidence and I have booked to come back in December. The assistant who washed my hair was also really kind and helped put me at ease. I have had salon experiences elsewhere when I have felt self conscious and uncomfortable, and this was so much friendlier. Thank you!
Dear Jane,
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We’re delighted that Michaela and the team helped you feel comfortable and cared for during your visit.
It means a lot to hear that you felt listened to and supported with advice about your hair, colour and styling. We’re so pleased you loved your cut and blow-dry and that it gave your confidence a boost.
We look forward to welcoming you back in December!
Warm wishes,
