Another excellent colour and cut by Laura. Laura really listens and always has new ideas to tweak my colour or cut so I leave feeling like a new woman! Thanks Laura.

Great service start to finish. I’m an ex hairdresser/ hairdressing teacher so I have high standards and have often found other salons just don’t measure up. But Louise has been highlighting, cutting and styling my hair for 3 years now and I’ve always been over the moon with her work.

I always look forward to my hair appointments at Charlie Brown in Banstead and have been going to this salon for many years. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.
Felt totally safe today in the salon with all the necessary COVID procedures in place.

i can’t recommend holly enough! She knows exactly what I’m looking for with my hair. She provides such a great experience and puts me at so much ease. Holly really takes time to check what I’m looking for and ensures I’m comfortable. The salon was super clean and completely set up with the correct Covid guidelines. I felt super comfortable in the store today! They are all doing such a great job in such challenging times. I don’t think I’ll ever let someone else do my hair again!

Always a good experience at CB - Jennie is an excellent stylist and I have been going to CB for many years. Felt totally safe in the current climate and well looked after.

Always enjoy my time at Charlie Browns with friendly helpful staff and they go out of there way to make you feel at ease. As usual I had a good haircut and blow dry from Jennie.

I had the best experience this evening with Lucy at the Banstead Salon. I have been nervous about going to get my hair cut since Covid-19 but the salon was so clean and socially distanced, I felt so safe! Lucy was amazing, so friendly, welcoming, spent the time to go through the style I wanted and the cut and finish was a real transformation. I feel like a new woman. Cannot thank Lucy enough. Would highly recommend this Salon as all of the other workers were very friendly and welcoming also.

Had my first wash, cut and blowdry yesterday since covid started by the lovely bubbly Holly at charlie brown. Was a lovely experience and not doom and gloom of no talking and rushed out quickly. Was happy with their hygiene methods in place and saw them spraying down the chair when customers left. They have gown packs which are disposed off after use and also has a mask if you forget yours! Will definitely be back again. Keep up the fab work charlie brown. Xx

I was a little anxious having not visited for 5 months. I needn’t have been! It was good to see Holly again and she did a great job on my hair as usual , thank you!

I was very nervous to change my hair colour from blonde to dark but I need not have worried! Louise expertly selected the right colours for my complexion and I’m thrilled with the result! Thank you!

Considering I have not had my hair done in over 3 months, Holly (as always) done a fantastic job, both with the colour and cut. Very happy!?

Was very disappointed, £68 is very overpriced. The cut wasn’t bad, but the finish was very poor. Not very good produces used to keep the style, my hair when I got home was like I had just had a wet cut!!! £68 is majorly over priced. I am sorry to have to complain but on reflection I feel my opinion will be valued on going forward..

Once again Amy provided top class services. Fresh new colour and trim. I was lucky my hair was still in good condition because of Amy’s previous work but it feels fabulous now! The salon has adapted so well to the new measures required because of Covid and the team were as efficient and professional as ever. I felt completely safe in the salon during these crazy unprecedented times.

I hadn’t had a hair cut since October 2019 so was totally ready (after lockdown) to have a revamp of. Style that wasn’t a style and outdated to boot! Laura really chose a new style that is both light and easy to manage and maintain. It looks brilliant and I’m so happy with it!! I wish I’d taken a before and after for the full effect! So nice to be back!! I’ve been going to this salon since 2004 and this has been the longest gap ever. Very pleased with my cut and colour - Laura did a great job. Everyone doing brilliantly with all the new procedures.
