I was a little anxious having not visited for 5 months. I needn’t have been! It was good to see Holly again and she did a great job on my hair as usual , thank you!

I was very nervous to change my hair colour from blonde to dark but I need not have worried! Louise expertly selected the right colours for my complexion and I’m thrilled with the result! Thank you!

Jennie has cut my hair the last couple of times I’ve had it done and now I won’t go to anyone else’s. She always does a great job and I’m always really happy with the cut. Thank you Jennie. x

Was very disappointed, £68 is very overpriced. The cut wasn’t bad, but the finish was very poor. Not very good produces used to keep the style, my hair when I got home was like I had just had a wet cut!!! £68 is majorly over priced. I am sorry to have to complain but on reflection I feel my opinion will be valued on going forward..

Once again Amy provided top class services. Fresh new colour and trim. I was lucky my hair was still in good condition because of Amy’s previous work but it feels fabulous now! The salon has adapted so well to the new measures required because of Covid and the team were as efficient and professional as ever. I felt completely safe in the salon during these crazy unprecedented times.

Very pleased to have my hair done again after Lockdown. Also nice to see my stylist who always knows what needs to be done without actually asking. Missed her

I hadn’t had a hair cut since October 2019 so was totally ready (after lockdown) to have a revamp of. Style that wasn’t a style and outdated to boot! Laura really chose a new style that is both light and easy to manage and maintain. It looks brilliant and I’m so happy with it!! I wish I’d taken a before and after for the full effect! As always great to visit Charlie Browns - and have a haircut after so long! The team were really professional and managed the additional hygiene standards brilliantly.

Great organisation for the first morning open, it was safe but didn’t feel so different to normal with the staff in the PPE shield and masks and disposable plastic gowns for clients. The usual great experience at Charlie Brown Banstead

My mobile hairdresser unfortunately couldn’t cut my hair (the weekend before lockdown) and I was desperately in need of a good trim.
I was really pleased with my haircut and Laura was very professional, but also really friendly and understood exactly how I liked my to be cut.

I was a model for Abby ... she was absolutely fabulous so attentive reassured me all the way when cutting gave me lots of advice about coloured & made me a good amount of coffees will definitely be back & have Abby do my hair again

I always feel welcomed and well looked after at Charlie Brown Banstead branch . The staff are friendly , helpful and professional . Caroline has been cutting my hair for a year now and I have to emphasise she does exactly what is discussed each and every time. She knows what she is doing and I always leave the salon happy with the results .

Amy is always cheerful , friendly and ia brilliant stylist.

Our daughter had her first haircut and was made to feel really comfortable and enjoyed the experience.

Cut and blow dried my five year old granddaughter’s hair and she loved the whole experience especially the hot chocolate with marshmallows!

The staff always do an amazing job addressing the sensory needs of my children in order for them to calmly overcome the anxiety associated with having their haircut.
