I had an excellent haircut by Holly this morning and all done within the hour. It was the same style as the last time I went and Holly still rechecked everything in detail in advance which was reassuring. It was also extremely reassuring that the gentleman on reception quickly confirmed my next appointment whilst I was still having my haircut. Many thanks. ?

Holly is just the loveliest. Always friendly and welcoming. First hairdresser I’ve left happy with my hair since moving to UK. Slightly pricier than usual but I’d rather pay the price than leave with colour I’m unhappy with.

I actually had Issy and Abi who was supervised. She and Abi were great. They were nice and professional and looked after me very well. The colour and cut were really good. Very happy. The place was spotless. Good atmosphere. Very welcoming.

I had another round of balayage, toner, olaplex and a hair cut. Super happy with the end result! Holly is not only really lovely but also very good at what she does :) I feel very lucky to have found her and Charlie Brown Banstead. I would highly recommend!!

Olivia was good but felt she was not fully confident in her instructions given prior to colouring.

Jennie was amazing. Hair was being cut to donate to a charity and Jennie was totally on board with measuring, cutting off a ponytail, handling the hair with care. And then cutting and styling to a beautiful finish to create a very sleek and shiny Bob.

Jennie listened carefully and gave my young teen daughter (with the most thick and wavy hair) the most fabulous cut! She left the salon with a big smile that I hadn’t seen in such a long time. Priceless!

Recently changed stylists after Amber left the salon and was a little worried as Amber had done my hair for several years. I needn’t have been concerned as Holly took the time to talk about what I wanted and I even felt confident to go for a new style. Really pleased with the result and very happy with my new stylist who was friendly, professional and easy to chat to.

Holly never fails to make me feel comfortable. I went in feeling a bit down however walked out with not only a lovely cut and finish but feeling a lot more cheerful. Holly's personal care and professionalism is amazing and she always makes me feel really pampered. Thanks Holly one of my Hero's

I have been going to this salon for years even when I didn't live in the area. I have always enjoyed the experience and today was no exception. A colour change with balyage and an olaplex treatment, so pleased with the result. Abi has also cut my Mum's hair a couple of times and she is also delighted. Good advice, friendly and welcoming.
