I had a color consultation with Chloe, and it was a fantastic experience. She listened attentively to my needs and provided thoughtful recommendations. Chloe's warm and friendly demeanour made me feel comfortable . I also appreciated that the salon offers complimentary consultations prior to appointments. The variety of hair-related services available is impressive, and I was particularly excited to learn that they provide keratin treatments that works well on my hair type—something not all salons offer. Overall, a wonderful experience!
I had a very relaxing appointment,lovely environment,spotlessly clean,great atmosphere.Kira is always very helpful & advises me on colours & style,came out very satisfied with a smile on my face

Following a stressful time at home, I had an hour with the lovely Anna last Monday. I came out feeling pampered and well looked after. Anna takes care to listen carefully to what her clients are asking for, and confidently guides you when you’re not sure. She does all this with a smile and some good conversation.

Beth washed my daughter’s hair very well, understanding her sensory challenges (eyes and ears). Alisha, was also very patient and understanding. This makes all the difference and allows my daughter to experience a hairdressers in a positive way.

Every trip I have to the Hair Lounge is a great experience. Chloe knows exactly how I like my hair done and she knows that I get super sleepy when I have my hair done. I can't thank Louise enough for her patience and help. She has been brilliant advising me the best way to achieve a difficult colour change. I always feel really relaxed and important at The Hair Lounge. Everyone’s lovely and chatty. I usually have Kira who is always a pleasure to talk to and she always does my hair so nice. The complimentary coffee&biscuit, scalp massage and having my hair curled at the end always makes a lovely touch!
