Jade gave my thick hair a very good cut and it is still sitting well after 4 weeks.

Jade always impresses me with her skill in both colour, cut and styling. I always leave feeling more confident in my look and get compliments from colleagues about my hair. She is a star and we are lucky to have her in Hadleigh.

Brilliant hair salon and great value for money - the quality of a large city salon in a friendly village setting. I have been coming here for over 10 years and Jade always does a fantastic job. All the staff are friendly and you feel relaxed and looked after - the coffee is delicious too.

It was a real treat to have my hair done by Beth, she picked out the perfect toner for me and took time to create a flawless balayage.

Fabulous hair cut and colour as always! Please please please air-con. I think the staff would appreciate as much as the clients.

Took my 88 year old mother for a restyle. Mollie very sensitive and caring making my Mum feel confident and massively improved the hair texture with a treatment.

Excellent haircut, I was very happy with the result and Jade took the time to discuss with me as to whether my inspiration would work with my hair type.

Jade has been my hair dresser for many years now and has always been amazing.

At the present time she has advised me through my greying locks time of life. Blending the white front with the darker back and making it look blended and natural.

I visited The Hair Lounge in Hadleigh this afternoon for a balayage with Kira and couldn't have been more impressed. Kira was very friendly and welcoming, offered me a drink when I arrived, and made me feel completely at ease. She provided lots of information about the balayage, and is clearly very knowledgeable about this kind of hair colouring. I am incredibly happy with Kira's result and will definitely be returning to The Hair Lounge in the future- thank you:) x

I think a good haircut gives you confidence. It doesn't matter if I can describe what I want done or not. Lee always manages to work out what I mean, and I walk out feeling much happier and confident in myself than when I came in.

Anna is friendly and attentive and always takes the time to listen to my requests. She did a super job cutting and styling my hair!

Kira did a great job with my keratin treatment! I have very thick hair, so it can be quite a process! Kira is always friendly and attentive. After the appointment, Kira asked if there was anything else I needed, like a bang trim, as she knows I come in in-between appointments which I really appreciated.

This is my second visit getting my hair coloured and cut, both times with Kira. She is brilliant, friendly, kind and super great at her job. She listens and advises and I left with the exact hair I wanted, which if you were just asking for an all over colour wouldn’t be too tricky but mine is a kinda reverse balayage, with roots being a brown and then the hand painted blonde/caramel and she judged it perfectly. I will be back again and I fully recommend this salon but especially Kira. Also lovely girl who washed, toned my hair etc was great, wish I could remember her name. Hope she has a good trip to Lanzarote xx
