2nd time with Chloe and result was excellent. Yet overall experience, service and atmosphere was not. I was booked in at 10am for full head which Chloe was not aware of, as person who made booking entered half head. Had to leave and return at 1:30pm same day was made to feel I was at fault for incorrect booking, sat mainly in silence for 4 hours in the afternoon, trued to chat but atmosphere felt awkward so resorted to scrolling through a phone! Whilst listening to other clients happily engaged in conversations.
Sadly previous experience was lovely but this time having paid £133 felt it was not the level of overall service to expect at a hairdressers.

Had an excellent colour as usual by Louise. Always have a consultation beforehand to check Louise knows exactly what I want and Louise always chats to me and takes a genuine interest in me. I love the salon, the coffee is great, service is really good and the girls washing your hair are fabulous, too.

Really pleased with my hair, thank you yet again Louise. Because of various circumstances, I've not been able to get to the salon for ages. I felt like a different woman when I left the salon! Louise took great care as always, especially sorting my colour to merge a lot of regrowth with a very old colour. The lovely apprentice did a great job with my wash. Had one of the new tailored treatments. I had one for shine and hydration.. Kira cut quite a bit off and layered it just as I wanted, advising what I needed and suggesting styling methods. My hair has felt amazing, light but shiny and healthy looking. I have had loads of compliments. Amazing head massage from Beth too.
