Always a pleasure to visit the salon. Since moving to Wales last year, my loyalty remains with Lee at the Hair lounge, after years of excellent service and always so happy with the result.
The Hair lounge has such a friendly, relaxing atmosphere, making the whole experience a pampering pleasure. Thank you Lee, and the rest of the Team.

Jade has been helping me make the transition from coloured to cover grey to embracing the white and grey.

She did it in a stylish and clever way and now I think we're finally there. She's advised me how we can keep the colour I've got going forward.

As a bonus I asked Jade to thin my hair out which she did with clever layering and those weird pinking shears and we discovered curls!

I had a cooling iced coffee and offers of cold drinks which was very welcome on such a hot day.

I've been going to the Hadleigh Hair Lounge for over 10 years now and I'm always welcomed with smiles and professionalism

I had a color consultation with Chloe, and it was a fantastic experience. She listened attentively to my needs and provided thoughtful recommendations. Chloe's warm and friendly demeanour made me feel comfortable . I also appreciated that the salon offers complimentary consultations prior to appointments. The variety of hair-related services available is impressive, and I was particularly excited to learn that they provide keratin treatments that works well on my hair type—something not all salons offer. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Following a stressful time at home, I had an hour with the lovely Anna last Monday. I came out feeling pampered and well looked after. Anna takes care to listen carefully to what her clients are asking for, and confidently guides you when you’re not sure. She does all this with a smile and some good conversation.
