Very relaxing
Anna is friendly and attentive and always takes the time to listen to my requests. She did a super job cutting and styling my hair!
Kira did a great job with my keratin treatment! I have very thick hair, so it can be quite a process! Kira is always friendly and attentive. After the appointment, Kira asked if there was anything else I needed, like a bang trim, as she knows I come in in-between appointments which I really appreciated.
This is my second visit getting my hair coloured and cut, both times with Kira. She is brilliant, friendly, kind and super great at her job. She listens and advises and I left with the exact hair I wanted, which if you were just asking for an all over colour wouldn’t be too tricky but mine is a kinda reverse balayage, with roots being a brown and then the hand painted blonde/caramel and she judged it perfectly. I will be back again and I fully recommend this salon but especially Kira. Also lovely girl who washed, toned my hair etc was great, wish I could remember her name. Hope she has a good trip to Lanzarote xx

This is a very relaxing place to be just before Christmas. No bright lights or noisy Christmas music, just warm and cosy with a lovely cup of mint tea. Mollie gave me a really fabulous cut and it was lovely to chat too.

Colour with Kira and Cut and style with Lee. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, listen to your requirements but most of all honest with what they can deliver considering my hair type and texture.

In a busy few days it was great to relax and enjoy being pampered. A lovely apprentice Skye washed my hair and added treatment. Anna performed her magic and my unruly thatch was transformed into a lovely graduated bob.

I honestly can’t fault any of the staff at The Hair Lounge. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming! Kira styled, cut and coloured my hair and I absolutely love it! I felt so comfortable and when talking about my hair goals with her, she understood exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend!

I hadn’t been here before and hair / beauty places generally intimidate me, but from my first consultation about what I wanted to my actual appointment everyone I encountered was so welcoming and friendly. I had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend the salon to anyone. Such a mixture of ages using the salon too which is lovely to see.
Kira was amazing. She completely put my mind at ease, listening to my waffle about what I wanted and perfectly achieved it. She was so friendly but professional and I will be requesting her every time I visit. Thank you. Sorry it took so long for me to review.
I have had Anna as my stylist for over 20 years. She is a very professional, friendly hairdresser who certainly knows how to tame my wild hair. The Davines products are super smoothing. Another relaxing session with great results.

Listened to what I wanted and followed through.
Happy with the results.
I'm not sure if it was my fault fir only leaving an hour and 40 mins for appt for colour, cut and dry, but I seemed to be waiting around alot and in the end my haircut was done in under 19 mins and due to time I had ti leave with it wet. Kiran is amazing stylist so think must just have been time pressure, I'm not happy with cut so, as she advised, I will comeback in to see if it can be finished. Love colour though.

We always strive to provide exceptional service, and it seems like there was some miscommunication regarding the duration of your appointment. We allow 2hour 15mins for colour application, development time and the cut and blow dry. We also like to make sure we blowdry so we can then check the cut and do any finishing touches.
I noticed you did come back in and had the cut checked. I hope you are happy with the result.
