Thank you so much for a great haircut for my daughter today. You pampered her as you always do. She loved chatting with Lyn and customer service was second to none which made the whole experience a joy. Oh and her haircut is absolutely lovely.

Been visiting salon Francis for years, wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Lauren listens and delivers fab cut and colour every time. She is happy to advise and make suggestions on what will and won’t work. All staff are professional and friendly and the salon is immaculate.

Gary is a genius! I'm never dissapointed either in my colour and the cut lasts till I decide I want a change. I've only been a client since the end of the last lock down. I went in on impulse for a standby cut, best decision about my hair in a long time.

Pamela has been colouring my hair for a year now and she always does a great job I would definitely recommend her .

This was my second appointment with Hannah and she was every bit as professional as the first. She answered every question I asked her about hair colour and what would suit me best. She was very knowledgeable which gave me confidence in her abilities. I have long thick hair so quite a challenge for any hairdresser, but Hannah wasn’t phased at all. Will definitely book again. :)

2 years of going elsewhere to be blonde and being told that I have to do it in stages costing £100+ every 5 wks for 2 years costing aprox £2100 . 1 session 5 hrs under £200 I'm actually blonde. I call that a win should have come here 2 years ago could have gone on a cruise with the money i would have saved. There's a reason why they won best hairdresser awards and it's because they have award winning hairdressers.

As soon as I entered the Salon I felt very welcome. I love the very friendly atmosphere..very attentive to me and made sure I feel comfortable. Lyn who did my hair was so friendly and understanding and always making sure if I am happy and If I want to make some changes. She was first class ! I enjoyed my biscuit and cafe latte. ?. All in all its 10/10. It was my first and certainly not my last. I already booked my next hair cut ?. Highly recommended?

Can’t recommend Frances Hunter and Pamela’s expertise highly enough. After a challenging few weeks I walked into the salon feeling unusually low and left feeling completely transformed and amazing. A great salon experience is food for the soul. So pleased with the colour results. Tried new treatment in salon - condition feels amazing. Pamela is, in my view and experience one of the top colourists in the UK today.

Leslie gave me a first class cut and re-style.
She did this exactly as I’d hoped for. To me she is indeed truly passionate, and Extremely Professional as always. She is the female version of Edward Scissorhands, and this is meant in a complimentary way.

Walked in when I saw stand by appointment available. Had a really good cut and blow dry, Lynsey listened to me and I now have a great cut which should be easy to maintain myself.

First time at stirling salon and was very happy with service, lynn done my hair and with a new stylist I was slightly nervous but nothing to worry about, good colour and cut and would not hesitate going back to Lyn.

As a person who gets stressed by a thought of a visit to a hair salon I was so impressed by the way everyone put me at ease from the moment I walked through the door. Gary listened to what I wanted and talked me through everything and even gave me tips on he best way to straighten my hair. Left with a fabulous new haircut. Will be back.
