Very happy with my cut, Lyn listened to my wishes and delivered what I asked for. Was given safe measures on hair colour due to my sensitivity to dye, very happy with full service and feel confident to return.

My first visit to Frances Hunter Saloon.
Rachel is a new stylist there and she was very attentive and I am delighted with the end product. Professional guidance was given by Frances herself. ? And the young lady who washed my hair was truly lovely.( sorry I forget your name honey) The best shampoo ever!! She washed and rinsed in at the back of my
neck, as should be! Many hairdressers miss this!! Should be promoted more at training college! All in all a first class experience.

I phoned up in the morning to see if the salon could fit me in as my stylist in Glasgow had to cancel due to covid. The girls managed to fit me in that day and do a half head of highlights and blow dry! Hannah was great and so was Rachel who did my wash and blow dry! Thanks again girls! Xx

Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile which made me feel at ease as it was my first visit, the salon had a nice atmosphere. My stylist was Leslie she was amazing! Very professional, thorough and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. She also was so helpful with the products and knew them all very well so when deciding the best products for me was made easy and directed me to the product that would benefit my hair type.
Can’t thank you enough Leslie, I absolutely love my hair, best cut I’ve had!. See you on my next appointment .

Made very welcome by all staff. Salon very clean and tidy. Lyn was very helpful in explaining different ways to treat my dry fringe and I bought some lovely heat spray which she used on my hair and it made a difference.

As usual colour just as I wanted + the cut made the overall experience perfect.

Lyn is an amazing stylist. A true professional. She has a vision in her head and follows it through. I called to complain about a root color and it was dealt with quickly by the salon. Would I recommend the salon/stylist - absolutely - just wish I'd had the confidence to let Lyn do her job. ?

Lyn is an extremely talented stylist. She has a vision and follows through on it with excellent results. I called to complain after my last visit and the salon dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, what started as a simple request became a matter of professional pride making it difficult to return. Would I recommend this service - absolutely - but leave your ego at home. This stylist knows what she is doing ?

Lauren was really nice, i havent had my hair done in a while due to pregnancy sickness so felt a biy anxious coming in, and she made me feel so comfortable ! The hair looks lovely as well first time here and wont be my last.

Great cut and blow dry with Hannah. She did a really nice cut and style and was so friendly and chatty. Made me feel at ease even though I was shimmering mess from the heat! Would recommend her to everyone.

This.was my second time with Hannah, always great advice for.my hair, product recommendation. As I am beginning to go gray I've started to lighten my hair and I live the end result. My hair looks really good, I love it.

Lynsey made sure I was happy and comfortable with everything that was happening. I got my long hair cut short and got a nice subtle balayage which is exactly what I wanted. My hair is best it has ever looked, would definitely come here again.

Went in yesterday and was well looked after by Lauren, not only did she do an amazing job on my hair but she also took the time to discuss what I wanted done and how to manage and style it.

I was given a warm welcome when I arrived for the first time to the salon. Both Hannah+ Leslie gave me much attention and I left very happy with my new hair cut. There was a very friendly atmosphere in the salon.

Had long hair for a while and felt like I needed a change. Leslie asked for inspiration, so after a quick google I found a photo of a Dutch Radio DJ that has a cool hairstyle. She had some ideas straight away for my new style and did an amazing haircut. Am very happy!
