Lovely relaxing experience. Was lucky to get an appointment same day and Gary highlighted and cut my hair which I love. He took extra time to do this even though I wasn’t booked in for that amount of time so I didn’t have to re-book. Great service and hospitality, jokes are free!

Great experience as usual, got quite a drastic haircut, but left feeling transformed (for the better!!), have been showered with compliments ever since, highly recommend!

Great service, stylist listen to what I wanted and in love with the do. Great conversation, knowledge of hair products, felt very comfortable, and any nervous of going short due to lack of hair totally eased. Cannot stop playing with the hair as love it ! Thanks again and defo will be back. Actual wished I got some more products to bring home to use.

Caroline is just amazing. Attentive, caring and a fabulous stylist. I would not go anywhere else, I always get compliments on both the cut and colour of my hair and always recommend the salon to friends, family at clients.

Leslie is very professional, friendly and does my hair beautifully. She is such a nice person and genuinely cares. My hair condition has drastically improved since going to Leslie, her advice is invaluable.

Lyn always does wonders with my hair but she also makes me feel relaxed and comfortable which I’ve not really been able to be with other hairdressers in the past. Fabulous service!

Fantastic experience at Francis Hunters as usual. Lauren.entertained Leo while we waited for Caroline. Everyone in the salon is so good with him. Caroline cut his hair perfectly, which I imagine is not easy with a wriggly 1 year old. Excellent service from a fantastic stylist.

As always, Caroline was professional, listened to what I wanted and recommended treatments and take home products best suited to my hair. The salon was busy but I felt relaxed in the knowledge that the level of service provided by Caroline and the other staff was of the highest standard and in line with current guidelines relating to Covid-19

I was a bit nervous about the appointment because Jackie (FH - Alloa) has cut my hair for so long. However, the staff were very welcoming and there was a good atmosphere in the Salon. Lynsey did a great job and I am really happy with the colour and style. Thank you.

After a horrible experience with another salon, I walked in and met Lauren who did a beautiful job and put my nerves at ease. The girls could not do a better job and have made a regular out of me!

This was my 2nd visit to this salon to have my hair colour sorted. The first was for a cut. Both appointments were with Rachel and both were excellent. She did the best job of highlights I’ve ever had, doing them very carefully and spacing them out in a way that looked natural. Rachel explained what she was doing and why and was very thorough about checking what I wanted throughout the appointments. She was lovely and friendly but not overly chatty which I appreciated as an introvert! The salon has a great atmosphere. All the staff were friendly and it felt very nice to be offered tea/coffee. like the staff were really making an effort to look after me. If you are looking for professional hair styling with great results in a friendly and indulgent atmosphere, this is the place to come! Only things that would have made it completely perfect was if the background music was a little quieter and if the luxury treatment I had on my first appointment could have included a bit of massage while the treatment was working. However still really happy and am looking forward to returning.

I came to the salon with VERY long very damaged hair after having to grow it out after being completely butchered at a different salon Lauren was amazing super friendly and my hair looks fantastic!! I think going forward Lauren will be my goto!
